We loved our stay at smugglers cove! The pitch is very well maintained with stunning views. It’s so peaceful and the fire pit was great in the evening. Facilities are clean and well kept, lovely to have warm water for washing up. We can’t wait to come and stay again in the spring/summer. We loved it!

The pitches sits on a raised slate plateau, nestled under the treeline...separated from the other pitches by shrubs... (picture taken in early spring before a lot of the green leaves have grown back after winter!)

I loved the Boy John. There was so much attention to detail in everything on board. Very comfortable bed and plenty of lighting. Also clear instructions around the site, regarding water, showers, toilets etc. All facilities very clean. Nothing compares to having your own little bit of coastline !!

We loved our stay in The Bunker at Glan y Mor! The bunker itself was spacious enough for the two of us, warm, and the bed was very cosy. It was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the wood stove inside was a nice touch. Its location on the campsite also made it feel more private, which was great. The firepit outside the bunker and handy access to firewood really added to our stay. The campsite is nicely landscaped and set out, and maintains a natural woodland area. The amenities are well laid out, well maintained and high quality. The radio playing ClassicFM in the toilet block was a nice touch. There is a communal fridge and firepit, as well as other basics such as a kettle. The campsite was quiet - we had no issues with noise even though the site was busy throughout our stay. Cath and Adam were friendly and responsive, welcoming us to the campsite and recommending us nearby places to visit. The campsite is within easy walking distance within the centre of Pembroke Dock, and is also centrally located to a range of points of interest in the region, making it a great base during your stay.

We did a spot of tent camping in Dai’s field. Plenty of space available to just rock up and pick your pitching spot. Views of the sea and cliffs were incredible with easy trails to the cliff/beach area. Portable toilets were plentiful and clean and running tap water was available. There was also a decent looking shower although we didn’t utilise it. Dai was friendly and let us know that we could call him at any time if there were problems on site. Also texted us with exact coordinates for the entrance which made finding it easy, although it’s a bit of a tight turn in from the small country road! Local area was stunning and many cool places are within driving distance. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I can’t adequately express how wonderful our stay with Callie and Gwyn was. The camping meadow was serene with picturesque views of the sea and surrounding hills. The camping amenities such as toilets and showers were immaculately clean and which was welcome after a long day of hiking. There is also a bonus of a converted barn with fridge/freezer, games, and shelter from rain if needed. Perhaps most notable about this stay were the fantastic chats we had with the hosts who were keen to share their love for the local area with handy tips and hints. This will be perhaps the first campsite we definitely will return to. Thank you both for such a fantastic stay, we can’t wait to return!

The our pitch was bigger than we expected, the check in process was painless, the view was incredible and I am missing the silence already. We loved staying at this little campsite, such a quirky beautiful spot. Our daughter especially liked all the little hidey holes that were made by all the hedges. Jane and family were lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Loved their beautiful dog Nells who was very friendly and loves to have a frisbee thrown for her. We had the campsite to ourselfs which was a fantastic bonus. Compost toilet was kept clean and tidy as was the shower. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Our family of 3 loved this place. The views are spectacular in every direction. The facilities are clean, fresh and well maintained. The weather was great when we were there, but there is a cool barn which would be great for when there is bad weather. Lots of space and some cool games to play. Very peaceful and family friendly.

Where do I start? Callie and Gwynn who greeted us when we arrived are lovely people and really looked after us whilst we were there. The site and space they have created is amazing. Toilets, showers with toiletries, kitchen, games, shelter, power for charging, views, fire pits, wash stations, washing line, well maintained land and some adorable cats! What more could you ask for?! My only regret is we visited to climb Snowden and I wish I could have stayed onsite more to take the views and peace and quiet in. Embarrassingly I mispacked something and only realised when we arrived but Callie and Gwynn went above and beyond to help and single handedly saved our trip to climb Snowdonia. We will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Such a lovely campsite! Great facilities with thoughtful extra touches like the free tea and coffee in the morning and marshmallows on skewers handed out in the evening. Pitches are spacious and semi private with long grass left to grow in between pitches. We also had our own tap! Close to lots of beaches and castles.
