This is a beautiful campsite, in a remote and peaceful location, with great amenities. We stayed in the shepherds' hut, which was extremely cosy. Ruth and Jono are friendly and welcoming, and we would both come back again and also recommend it to anyone looking for a serene campsite in a beautiful setting.

A lovely basic campsite, a short walk to Clarach bay and more strenuous on over the headland to Aberystwyth. Love the open air shower and I would certainly use the site again if I was coming to the area

Weekend Trip to Big Barn Camping

I booked the Dome as a friend's birthday gift, it was so lovely, it was away from the other campers, so we felt like v.i.p's. The location was perfect, 10 min drive to the beach. It had everything we needed. The host Michael, was fantastic, there to greet us and show us where to go, explained where everything was and to let him know if we needed anything, he even has a honesty box for fire wood and small supplies incase you have forgotten something. The bed was so comfy, with a table and chairs to sit and eat breakfast, there was plenty of room. We were able to have a campfire, which made the camping night perfect. I definitely would stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very clean and tidy and great facilities for showering and washing up. Hot drink machine and freezer and microwave for guest use. Near to Llanbedrog beach - 10 minute walk down hill also a car park near the beach if you don’t fancy the walk

Lovely area to stay, quiet and peaceful. Walked from the campsite to the beach and then into Aberystwyth. Will be back again!

1 night at Bryn Ifan Camping

I came during a downpour and was glad for the facilities available. I took shelter in the lovely big barn and had access to a place to prep my meals and do my dishes without getting wet. Toilets and showers were located next to it and a short walk away were the parking and campsites. Everything was within easy reach, I didn't think it was difficult to move things from my car to my tent. No long walks or steep climbs. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

We’ve just had a fabulous two nights staying at this magical campsite. What a great find! The site is so beautiful and well maintained and has the best views of any campsite I’ve stayed at. We loved the way the site is set up, the high grass and wildflowers between pitches and watching the sun set over the sea in the evening. The facilities are great too, toilets clean and well maintained and showers lovely. The barn is such a great space too and the games an added bonus. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful also. We will definitely be coming back! :-)

2 nights at Parke Farm Camping

We had a lovely two night stay at Parke Farm. The pitches were spacious and well kept and we liked the long grass between them to give a sense of privacy. It wasn't very busy so we were able to pick our pitch. It was a quiet site but family friendly. All the facilities were clean and there were flushing toilets, hot showers, washing up facilities, a fridge/freezer and even free tea and coffee in the morning. The little onsite shop is a bit pricey but does have anything you would likely need if you'd forgotten to pack it. Check in was easy and everyone on site was friendly and helpful. The location was brill and about ten minutes drive from Barafundle and Broad Haven. We would happily stay again.

Weekend Trip to Smugglers Cove Boatyard

The site is in a fantastic location, the boat had everything we needed, the site facilities were very good, the woodburner was wonderful, we loved seeing occasional trains go past, our reactive rescue dog loved having the beach areaa to himself. A problem was sorted out within half an hour.

Excellnt place to camp, the pitches were well laid out and the toilet and shower blocks were really clean. Really friendly and even helped put up the tent as we were late getting there me and my son. Weekend Trip to Gwerniago Camping Site

The campsite was really easy to find and had gorgeous views. It was nice and spacious so we didn’t on top of other families. It was very windy but would be the time of year. The toilets and shower block is clean and a nice washing up facility for dishes. There are fridges available to use and taps near the non electric pitches too. We also used a fire pit which was great to end our visit. We would like to come back as it’s close to lots of great hikes and bike parks!

The camping field is off-grid, with far reaching rural views and has five spacious, gently sloping pitches, which allow a level of privacy. After a busy day adventuring or relaxing, you’ll be able to sit by the campfire and on a clear night be amazed at how many stars you can see and how vast our skies are. There is a stream in the pond at the bottom of the fields (it is not fenced and adults must supervise the children by the water at all times). The area by the stream has started to be planted with new trees and we are committed to planting many more. We are looking at other rewilding projects, while we continue to provide pastureland for the sheep to graze. The camping field is located down the road from the main caravan park. Please note we are in the countryside and street lighting is not available on the road please bring a torch and enjoy the beautiful uninterrupted night sky. Great Redford is nestled away in 25 acres of Pembrokeshire countryside. The site is off-grid, and has five spacious pitches. Each pitch has its own camp fire, and picnic table and we have 2 Portaloos in the camping field, but you do have full use of the heated washrooms with waterfall showers and automatic taps on Redford Caravan Park. The site is a car free zone, the car park is in the camp field and there are wheel barrows to transport your kit to and from your pitch. There is plenty of space for kids to run free too. Great Redford and Redford Caravan Park are both dog friendly parks, making it the perfect get away for the whole family.
