Me and my partner stayed at Chalky downs for 2 nights for a little get away ✨. Sharen’s land is beautiful, everyone is so friendly and we even got to order a sausage bacon and egg bap with tea and coffee in the morning! ☀️. We went into Brighton town for a bit of shopping and to see the sea, only a 14 minute drive and we parked in the station car park 👏🏼. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back! Thank you so much. 🫶🏼

Views were gorgeous, spots were well laid out. Encourages a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, everyone we came across was lovely. Toilets were lovely which we were not expecting!! So many great features to this campsite including the little shop. Has everything you could need. Absolutely loved it.

Only stayed for 1 night but bloody brilliant !! Affordable, easy to get into Brighton and very clean facilities can’t fault the place. Had a handy little shop too !

We had a great weekend on Sharen‘s land, there appeard to be plenty of space although some places are a little hilly so need to be careful where you pitch your tent. Facilities were really clean, there were only three showers but luckily the campsite wasn’t overly busy, so it wasn’t an issue.

Beautiful surroundings, great place to pitch up my van for its first outing and has taught me what additions I need for my setup next time I go camping.
It’s well looked after has almost everything you need if you are a seasoned camper. The views are stunning and it’s so peaceful despite there being a fair few other people there. Would for sure stay again

The Downs stables is lovely place to spend quality time. All the directions were clear and precise, Theo's pod was perfectly prepared for our arrival and the premises are comfortable. We got to see many horses too. We sure will return to Ruth's land.

Our first camping, but thanks to this place it is not the last, wonderful place, the landscape is wonderful even at sunset, it is beautiful and clean at night, I can only recommend it to all dog owners, we will come back too 🙏🏻

We had such a lovely time at Chalky Downs. On arrival we were met by Sharon who was so welcoming and helpful. She had also noticed we had 2 little ones and had pre-arranged a spot with some shade for the hot weather, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.
The views are wonderful, and is close enough to a nice beach in Rottingdean and Brighton. Would definitely return
