Our beautiful home is a glamping and camping site with its own gorgeous fishing lake on the outskirts of the village of Llandyfan. You can find us to the west of the Brecon Beacons or Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Llandyfan Campsite has been lovingly re-established in early 2024 by Andy and Jo. Since taking ownership, we have rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into restoring it to its former glory and will soon be back to being a fully operational slice of Welsh heaven. Our first focus has been the fishing lake which we opened in March. The campsite followed in May. We are currently working on electric hook ups and other improvements. We have chickens on site that roam free during the day. They are friendly and like to wander around the tents to say hello to our guests! We would like everyone who visits to have a great time and a relaxing break. Whilst here please be considerate towards others, to their property, and while using the facilities. If you have any concerns, please let us know. We have brought out a few rules from our T&Cs and we kindly ask that you have a read through before your stay. Litter: You must pick up your litter. Please either take it with you or recycle it appropriately in the bins onsite. There are bins around the campsite, please recycle where possible. Pitches to be left as you found them. Noise: Be respectful and consider your neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am in the morning. No loud music is to be played at any time. Children: Children must be supervised at all times around the campsite and can play within the pitch space allocated to you. At quiet times, it may be possible for children to use vacant pitches for play but this cannot be guaranteed. The amenity block and associated facilities are not to be used as a play area. Dogs: Must not to be left unattended. Are to be kept on leads at all times whilst on the campsite. (We are working on an enclosed dog walking area, however this is not yet available). no refunds on bookings if cancelled withing 10days of booking

Secluded camping, campfires, coast and country. Head west through Wales to the coast and somewhere by the south east corner of Ireland is the beautiful region of Pembrokeshire. Halfway between the smallest cathedral city in the realm and the site of the last invasion of Britain by their Gallic neighbours is the idyll of Sir Benfro. Once in Trevine or Trefin, there is a long bumpy lane with no tarmac. Watch that sat nav go into the blue, and you too can be Ar y Mwny. Make your camp nestled on a gentle hillside, with panoramic views of the sea and countryside. Located just about as far away from any roads as its possible to get in this part of Pembrokeshire, yet still only a short walk to the coast via footpaths. Being situated amongst several hundred acres of farmland, we not only have inspirational views but also the blessing of unobstructed sunrises and sunsets, followed by a wide open starscape. Its possible to take the wildlife for granted, but across the seasons we can delight in the bird flocks, and casually greet the resident buzzards and foxes and the family of Jac y Do that have raised their young here over several decades. And now, the little birds are managing to flourish too. We live here in harmony, and are thankful for the space. Forget that clock. For each pitch there is: Drinking Water Taps Stone Firepit with Old Field Stones to rebuild your own if required. Good firewood available to buy by the basket. Great site, hot showers and toilets (composting (flush with a scoop of sawdust)). Wild camping with a little bit of comfort. Takes tents, motorhomes, camper vans, trailer tents etc. Dishwashing facilities a bonus with hot water on tap. Calves in field are a real treat for inquisitive children just keep dogs on a lead as they'll come right up to your tent if you let them.. moo moo. Beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic and super dark at night so you can see way back in time. Will definitely be going back as soon as we can. Get weather now app as it's really accurate for the Cornish weather which can be changeable in September and gives a good radar picture of clouds and rain etc. The hosts are really friendly and accommodating, fire pits available to toast your marshmallows and dry your socks Only a short walk from a little fishing village with working shingle harbour "beach". 10 mins by car from Kennack Sands (sandy) beach. Seems good for surfing on windier days and family fun when it's a bit calmer. Plenty of rock pools, a cafe and a kiosk. Parking isnt too expensive either. There are also a few other coves and beaches around the lizard peninsula worth exploring. Fishing is good from the safer rocks and there's a tackle and bait shop in lizard. Almost forgot, there's a hot food van on site if you can't be bothered cooking breakfast.

I had a really good stay at this campsite. Will and Catherine were welcoming and helpful. They offered fire pits, wood, eggs, and milk if needed, which was a nice bonus. The compost loos were clean and well-stocked. The pitches were spacious and had great views over the water. There was also a catering van on site with tasty food and friendly service. Overall, it was a relaxed and well-run site. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had such a wonderful two-night stay at Elm Farm with two friends and our two dogs. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches, with Porthtowan being a real highlight for us as it brought back childhood memories of visiting. The facilities at Elm Farm were excellent and made our stay really comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and attentive, and they went out of their way to give us loads of great recommendations for places to explore nearby. One of the best surprises was discovering their café on the bike hire side, the food was absolutely amazing and not to be missed! We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We’d definitely recommend Elm Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a fantastic location, and we’ll certainly be returning.

We loved the open, spacious and quiet camping spots at Goren Farm. The showers were hot and the toilets, communal fridge and sink were clean. We went to the farm shop and cafe on our last day and had scrumptious food. Cheese scone with extra cheese and brie panini. Yum! We are going to come back to camp again and definitely for the Goren Children's festival next year! We went to Tukers Arms on the recommendation of another review and loved it. Also the Beer Light Railway is worth a visit. :D

We stayed here for a week, Will & Cathy couldn’t be more helpful and the site is beautifully located. We had a stunning view over the sea and were placed next to ours friends. The composting toilets are cleaned regularly and don’t smell at all, we loved what Will & Cathy are aiming to achieve for the environment. The food shack “coastal cravings” sells delicious and reasonably priced meals, they also will freeze ice packs and charge phones etc. Highlight is the Cadgwith Beach bbq and the cows that wander around the fields and come over to say hello 🤩…

We are an informal and friendly site in a gorgeous part of Cornwall. These bell tents are located in a peaceful five-acre field, so there's ample space to spread out, explore and play. The field faces the west, so it catches lots of sunlight and is a great spot for watching the sky light up in pinks and oranges as the sun sets in the evening Sustainability and nature is at the heart of what we do here, so we wanted to find a way that we could make your stay unique and eco friendly without compromising on comfort. We have turned a horsebox into a shower block complete with a composting loo! Everything you see on the site has been made from upcycled and repurposed materials. All of the tents are decorated slightly differently with vintage and antique pieces, making them truly unique and one-off! This farm is centrally located, making all of Cornwall very easy to explore. Both the north and south coasts of the county can be reached in about a quarter of an hour, so you can nip up to Gwithian to catch the surf before heading south to the much-loved foodie town of Porthleven.

Quiet location though centrally placed to many tourist attractions , Folly farm, Oakwood, Wake park, Llysfran dam and many more, as well as the beaches Amroth 5 miles, Tenby and Saundersfoot 9 miles. The boutique town of Narberth is a mile or 20 minute walk. The nearest bar is a 10 minute walk to Noble court. We offer electric hard standing and grass pitches as well as non electric pitches, children’s playing field and walks around the fields. We also welcome pets at a small charge per day, with responsible owners and encourage to use the fields to walk their dogs. Our facilities are new and offer showers and toilets, toilet disposal, fresh water and recycling. We also now have a kids play park, to be supervised by adults. The views over the Preseli mountains are stunning, which will enhance your holiday. We do have a few rules, dogs on a lead at all times, quiet time from 8pm, no loud noise after 10 pm. Young children to be supervised in toilets and the children’s play park People which persistently break the rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
