Really lovely campsite, set in an amazingly maintained forest. Induction covered how to keep the area safe, fire safety was especially important with the recent droughts. My group had a great time, we would all recommend!

We loved camping in the woods. The pitch was big enough for two 2 man tents and the firepit and was sheltered from the wind. It was a short pleasant walk to the car park and toilet and the wheelbarrow was a big help in getting gear to the pitch. The toilets were nice and clean and the host gave a very informative and useful induction on arrival.

Such a lovely spot. Very idyllic and private. Pitches were a decent distance from each other which was really nice - it was nice knowing other people were around but having your own private space. Dog friendly, which was brilliant - camped for the first time with our boy. He didn't like the owls! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Woodsworth Exploring - our kids loved camping in a woodland, and it is well-looked after and beautiful. You do have to walk in with your gear, but they provide wheelbarrows for you to use. Emma was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to come back sometime soon!

Beautiful! What a lovely stay we had, from the peaceful pitch under the trees to the clean spacious toilet block, not to mention our little camping friend the robin that came within 2 feet of us begging for some crumbs. We saw alot of different birds, a squirrel, rabbit and didn't see but heard an owl. The pitch was secluded with not another camper in sight, the only time we ran into other lovely campers was on the way to and from the toilets. Cannot recommend this place more if you are looking for peaceful surroundings, a wild camping experience or just getting back to nature. Last but not least the hosts are knowledgeable, friendly and are doing a great job of keeping the wood as nature intended with minimal trace campers have ever been. I will look forward to my next visit!

Had a perfect camp in the beautiful woods which are carefully tended and protected by Duncan and Emma. Pitches are well spaced out so you feel like you have your own little private spot of nature.

Great patch of natural woodland and great welcome from the staff on arrival. The team have been looking after this patch of land a few years longer than Sandi Toksvig has hers and are full of knowledge which they are happy to share with visitors.

We really enjoyed our time. The plots are great spaces with space in between each one which gives you privacy but also the ability to chat with passing neighbours.
It was so calm and relaxing. There was a little noise from a bunch of young lads but this was dealt with quickly by the owners and this came with an apology, not that we minded though as we had our music on (quietly).
No showers and toilet sinks aren’t private but good bathroom facilities.
