Beautiful Adults only peaceful site, open all year round. We purchased this peaceful secluded 15 acre piece of land, consisting of a 3 acre lake, in early 2015. Our beautiful Log Cabin (KINGFISHER) was completed in May 2017 and the static homes style lodges, (LAVENDER AND SUNFLOWER) in April 2021. Kingfisher is a more rustic vibe with log burner and oil filled radiators for heating and Lavender and Sunflower are more modern vibe with gas central heating. Lavender and Sunflower both have ramp access. They all have their own personal jetty and veranda to fish from. You can also fish anywhere around the lake as we do not allow day tickets. Kingfisher has 3 bedrooms, so sleeps 3 singles or 3 couples. The other two have 2 bedrooms, so sleeps just 2 singles or 2 couples. It is such a peaceful haven. All your troubles just disappear when you arrive. The calming beauty of the lake is inspiring. We want this to become our very own nature reserve, encouraging nesting of all kinds to mature to full potential. We want you to share on our journey and progress along the way. We don’t look on this as a business, but a ‘home from home’. It is our secretive safe haven, nestled nicely in-between Boston and Skegness in a peaceful surrounding – there is no traffic apart from the occasional Spitfire or Lancaster flying by! Also, depending on what time of year, the occasional combine harvester or tractor working the surrounding fields. Please note that our fishing village and cabin site are for adults only, no children or pets are allowed. We may welcome well behaved and experienced fishing people from the age of 15 years upwards. Weekend Trip to Little Wold Away Glamping

Great place to stay for a break! Lovely little pod, very clean and perfect for a couples break! Thank you so much for the Prosecco! Lovely little touch! Hot tub was brilliant, nice and warm and ready to go! Defo coming back and would recommend. Great little Cafe/bar down the road, walkable distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus bonus they do both Guinness and Guinness zero! Thank you for a great weekend

Weekend Trip to Greenoak Hideout

We had such a lovely stay at Greenoak. The hosts were so friendly and approachable and there were lots of lovely small touches that made the yurts feel homely and comfortable. The log burners and electric blankets meant that we were warm over night and had a really comfortable sleep. We are looking forward to going in the Summer to be able to enjoy more daylight hours. The boys (4 and 7) loved all of the friendly animals and the play equipment on the land, as well as the hot tub! We will definitely book again and would recommend to our friends and family! Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again next year!

Weekend Trip to Greenoak Hideout

The setting was just perfect for our family of five (including two dogs and a 4 year old). The Yurt was comfortable, clean and very cosy. The private shower and toilet facilities were great, as was the hot tub. We had a trip to the local nature reserve during our stay, however think our daughter and the dogs were just as happy in the grounds with lots to explore, very friendly animals and lots of activities including trampoline and climbing walls. Thank you.

I found the campsite easy to find, Margaret is lovely. I camped in the orchard with my tent. I enjoyed my stay and I was made to feel welcome. There is one toilet there near to reception and portable water. I would stay again and recommend it to, Thank you Margaret 😀

4 nights at Butt Farm, Beverley

This was our 2nd time at Butt Farm, and it definitely won’t be our last. We love it. The pitches are a great size. When we first arrived our allocated pitch had a tent on it but was quickly resolved, we were given 2 pitches to choose from. There are a few bbq’s which you can borrow free and fire pits for £12 per night including wood, which I think is very reasonable. Plenty of instant hot water for washing up. Fridge and freezers free to use. Nice toilets/showers, again with plenty of instant hot water (and music playing while you shower 😍). Oh and very free range eggs (chickens are loose on the site) for £2 for 6!! Brilliant. It’s only about 40 mins walk into Beverley. There’s really nothing to not like about this site. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Just spend a couple of nights here and its a little bit idyllic, with countryside views and a beautiful little church as a backdrop. Nights have zero light pollution so lay out under the stars for a while and relax. ( we spotted starlink) On site toilets and showers and washing up station.

A great location - 3 minute walk from the beach. Campsite has showers and toilet blocks that are fairly basic but clean and proper buildings/structures. Camp pitches are fairly close together, but the campsite lead is fairly relaxed about the tent locations. An easy going vibe overall and peaceful setting.

We enjoyed our stay at Laura's glampsite even though the weather was wet and windy. The hot tub was a treat as was the 'cinema under the stars'! We’ve just had a lovely, long weekend camping, at Butt Farm. It was so simple getting into site and set up, we recieved a text in the morning with instructions where to find our pitch. As a family of 4, the kids were over the moon to have two goats, on the edge of the field, a free roaming chicken and site cat, which made staying on a working farm that bit more special for them. The toilets/showers and sinks were always clean, which was lovely! The showers were big enough to have a spot to get dry in, with plenty of hooks for your clothes and toiletries, especially handy with the kids. Jen was so helpful, with anything we needed. Overall it was such a laid back, relaxing place to be! We even woke up to an Easter Sunday treat by our tent. Just looking around the site you can tell how much hard work Jen and Oly put In, to make sure it’s a lovely place to be!
