This was a lovely place to spend a night while in the area. It was quiet and somewhat private, and we were undisturbed. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning again!

As advertised. Porta potty very clean. Hands off but friendly and very responsive to texts. Clean picnic table. Wide field sloping but some level spots. Grassy and dry. Some traffic noise. Too many dogs in the pool for inviting human swimming.

We ended up having to leave early due to a family emergency. However, it was a beautiful place and Lisa was very accommodating and responsive. We would love to go back when we have a chance!

Lisa's spot is beautiful ,Peaceful, filled with my favorite things, Nature, Animals and a Saltwater swimming Pool! Close to town for Shops, Dinner , Breweries , hikes and so much more! Me and my boys did our first ever long-distance camping trip and truly enjoyed this sweet spot! Serenity Now.

We loved camping on Lisa’s land in our rooftop tent! Her property was gorgeous and spacious and we met some really kind folks while staying there. We would definitely camp here again!

Beautiful area for tenting or RV’s. Variety of trees and birds in the main area plus a nice fire ring or two with chairs.

Super cool and beautiful place. Very peaceful and the pigs are absolutely adorable. As are the chickens, cats, and pups. We had a very peaceful night with a campfire hang out. Would definitely recommend

It was a nice little quiet spot to just stay the night in a tent. Easy to get to and the animals were pretty cool. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Lisa's land is beautiful! The land is only a few minutes away from historic downtown Hendersonville, the porta-potty was super clean, there was plenty of space to spread out, and she let us join her for the farm animals morning feeding! Lisa was responsive and welcoming. I can't wait to visit again!

This was just what we were looking for after a day of hiking. Parking our van was simple and easy to find a level spot. Quiet, surrounded by trees, the rescues are cute :), and Lisa was a good host.

My wife and I loved tent camping on the Sanctuary. Woke up and got to spend a few minutes with Lisa during feeding time. She's an amazing host and I would most definitely recommend staying there if you're in the area and need somewhere to camp!

We loved meeting Lisa and the rescue animals. Quiet space and great location near Hendersonville. We enjoyed a nice fire surrounded by trees, stars and 1/2 moon. We will definitely be back! PLUS its nice supporting an animal rescue❤️

Very quiet and peaceful. We got in late at night due to travel time, which Lisa was kind enough to allow for. Woke up to a beautiful misty morning on the farm. We tent camped and were happy with the set up.

The front yard is secluded and lush. We had the whole place to ourselves. And Lisa was friendly and accommodating. We loved meeting her posse of rescue animals!

During a convention trip, I required a peaceful spot to park my camper van for a few days. Lisa was prompt in answering my queries and her farm served as a perfect place to stay while I was in the area. I was thrilled to meet some of the rescued animals during my stay. The farm is just a few minutes away from Carl Sandburg's Home and other attractions. I did notice that there were some overgrown branches on the driveway that brushed against my vehicle when I entered and left. This might not be a problem for smaller vehicles.

Cute property, super responsive host, Lisa was very friendly and so were the few animals that came by to say hello. I only regret that i didnt have time for the pool or the farm! I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone.

Brought our pop-up camper out for the weekend and had a great time! Perfect for what we needed. Had the front area to ourselves so it was very private! Lisa is a great host and is super communicative!

Unreliable! Although I made it clear that we would need a 30amp plug in, Lisa was out of town when I contacted her to give her our updated ETA on the day we were to arrive. We were left to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. She promised a refund but I still have not received one.

I stayed alone with my six month old baby and 10 yr old and really appreciated the safe and quiet atmosphere. My son loved visiting with the animals and helping with feeding time. We found the site very convenient for a quick trip into Hendersonville for essentials. Would definitely recommend.
