Description

Dinosaurs may have gone extinct 65 million years ago, but these days intrepid explorers can still head on over to Dinosaur National Monument to walk in their footsteps during your stay at Rainbow Park Campground. On the Utah side of the monument, you’ll have a few other campgrounds to choose from, but if “free" is your price range of choice, we’re gonna enthusiastically suggest this one. It’s located on the Green River, and there’s hardly a more serene setting around. In the distance, mountains stretch up into the blue skies, and it’s simply delightful. Keep an eye on road conditions before coming out, though. The dirt road can become impassable when wet.
