Untill a couple years ago the acreage on this property had been farmed.In 2018 we decided give the farm land back to nature. It's amazing how quickly the land recovered! Our remodeled farm house was built in 1876. We've found many treasures on the property from past generations of farm families, everything from old bottles to horse shoes. We purchased this place in 2003 with hopes there would be grandchildren in the future and what a beautiful experience we could give them. Since then we've been blessed with a grand daughter and three grandsons. There is little to compare with the peace you feel in a quiet country environment like ours.
