Welcome to your own secluded getaway! This beautiful 70-acre parcel of land is perfect for anyone looking for a family retreat, a place to explore the great outdoors, or a serene place to get away from it all.
We have 4 beautiful camp spots with the option of pitching a tent or parking a camper! If you don't have your own we have tenting equipment and campers for rent!
The sunset is excellent and the stars at night are breathtaking. You'll feel completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There are walking trails throughout the property and rough hiking in the woods.
You can see all kinds of wildlife if you are quiet enough! The open fields provide beautiful views of the night sky and a few lakes nearby, including our own private pond for kayaking, canoeing or swimming.

Nestled in a quiet, peaceful, secluded, tree-filled yard shared with the homeowners, we’re located just 15 minutes south of the Trans-Canada Highway near La Broquerie, Manitoba. Guests often describe this as a healing space.

• Flush toilet and sink also available on-site.
• A CN train crossing is just over a mile away, and trains pass a few times a night. Complimentary soft earplugs are provided for light sleepers.
• Guests may heat the wood-fired sauna and hillbilly hot tubs at their leisure; each takes about an hour to warm up. Ample split wood and kindling are provided. Tubs can also be filled with hot water to speed up the process.
• Two sweet, hard-working outdoor cats live on the property (they’re welcome indoors if you allow them).

We are a small Eco Resort in Sandilands Provincial Forest. All 4 cabins are solar, and off grid. Just 3 min for Woodridge, and set on the western border of the Sandilands provincial Forest. It's a cottage community and sees a steady influx of visitors. There are groomed snowmobile trails, cross country ski trails, as well as a ATVing, and hunting in the area.
SANDILANDS PROVINCIAL FOREST:
The soil is still a reminder of the ancient beaches, but is now covered with a rich forest of mixed hardwoods and majestic pine. The high sand ridges of the Sandilands area, known as Bedford Hills and Cypress Mountains, are the second highest point of elevation in Manitoba.
Additionally you will have access to all the shared amenities of the eco-resort including a wood-fired barrel sauna (all year), outdoor shower (in the summer)
As well as the Organic swimming pool.
There are 3 other unique rents on the property
Fire pit firewood can be bought $20 for a wagon (Woodstove wood is provide).
You can also buy hand made Metis art. (all money goes to the artisan)

Great warm people. Property bit rough when you come in but hip camp field in the back was beautiful and separate from owners house. Lots if privacy. They came to check to see if we needed anything. They were wonderful. Bit loud with rosd noise at first but after 9pm quiet. One train came thru. But all in all lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property and very private site in the forest. The open fields were amazing for a walk with our dog on the cut grass trails. The property is a quick ~ 30 minutes to Winnipeg. There is a railway line to the south which you can occasionally hear but didn’t bother us. The host was able to provide water from their well for our RV water tank on the way in. We will definitely return on our next trip in the area. Loved it!
