ML Arena is located in the Foothills of Southern Alberta in the community of Spring Point (the HipCamp listing shows “Claresholm” but we are located in the MD of Pincher Creek) 10 miles west of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of “Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump “. We have 3 campsites with water and power, 1 full service treed campsite for smaller rigs and an orchard for tenting. Overflow parking for big rigs is available with power.
There is an indoor riding arena on site and access to the Porcupine Hills Recreation Area public lands just 15 minutes down the road! Beautiful open views give the feel of being secluded but proximity to both Fort Macleod and Pincher Creek is just 25 minutes away.
Outdoor corrals and pens with auto waterers are available for horses.

Open space on green grass and mixed hay. No neighbours for 2km and only to the north east and south east. Many out buildings to get shelter from. Can be plugged in to power. Nice view of the Foothills and mountains. Large community fire pit. Can putter about on motorcycles or quads only with guide. We do target practice here and occasionally hit some golf balls about. Come set off some fireworks!

Beautiful mountain view campsite on 33 acres just outside of Pincher Creek. If you are wanting to camp but also want the convenience of being close to town then this is the place for you. We are just outside of town with amazing views of the mountains. There is great fishing, hiking, biking and horse back riding all within about 20 mins. Waterton is also a short 45 minute drive away.
The campsite comes with power and a flat place to park a tent, camper or RV. Horses are welcome and the property is fenced. Water and sewer are NOT provided.

We loved our stay at Blue Rein! Had lots of space to ourselves and it was very peaceful aside from the occasional moos or neighs from the nearby animals. This is the perfect place if you’re an animal lover as you’ll be greeted by dogs, cows, horses, pigs, and chickens. There’s also a great communal building with washrooms, a kitchen sink , and some fun things like a speaker and pool table. Would absolutely stay here again!

Second time at Corey’s place. Who needs the calm app when you can camp here ! Tucked in a beautiful meadow down by a creek, a little piece of nature, waiting for you.

We had such a wonderful stay at Cathy and Todd’s place through Hipcamp. Cathy was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she even offered us great suggestions for local hikes and activities. Todd was also very friendly and helpful. Their property is beautiful, with a well-kept grassy area that’s perfect for camping, and being around the horses made the experience even more special. Everything felt comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable camping experience.

This was an amazing little ranch and the perfect place to set up a tent. The dogs were so kind and playful, and Wrangler stayed up to look over us as we had our fire. He was a very good boy, and this was a very good campsite!

Use two families loved this spot! Its great for a big group! We loved the back woods, private feel. The creek is amazing to sit in on the sunny days, so close you can hear the stream from our campers! We bought fire wood and there was lots there which was so handy. The porta-potty was kept clean as well! It was great to how power hook ups and pottable water. We had two big trailers (toyhaulers), which were a little sketchy to drive in on the dirt road because its so narrow, windy and downhill but it is definitely doable just something to keep in mind. No service in the site but you can drive 5min back down the road to get some and you can also purchase wifi. Overall a great site for 5 days to relax and be with nature! We had so much fun and would definitely come back!

Amazing, beautiful site! Us 2 families loved the private, outdoor, back-woods feel! The creek was so nice for a sunny day, so close you can hear it from the trailers. Both of us had big trailers (toy-haulers) it was a bit sketchy to get in on the dirt road but we made it in! No service but can drive 5min back down the road to get some or you can buy wifi! There are also 2 private fire pits along with the communal one and you can buy a bundle of firewood for $10 and there’s lots there! The port-a-potty was clean! All around loved our time there, very relaxing and fun 5 days!

We had a wonderful stay! The camp is a pasture. Lots of space to spread out and be comfortable. It was windy while we were there which was perfect because it kept and flies and mosquitos that may have been around away. We had a tent and class C RV and had no problem parking.

Tenting with Blue Rein was amazing! The property is beautiful, with accessible amenities and super quick access to Fort Macleod. All of the animals were super friendly and the dogs made the property feel much safer, especially for a solo traveller. Highly recommend doing the ranch tour.

We spent unforgettable time here! The campsite has everything you need - private space in a beautiful place, electricity, water, washroom access, kind people around. My daughter is excited about the horse riding lesson she took. So many things to do and places to visit in this area - Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village, Lundbreck Falls, Oldman Dam. I would recommend this place for families seeking adventures during the days and quiet nature with campfire at night. Cathy is a very welcoming host!

We absolutely LOVED it here.
Pulled in the first night and there was one solo tenter who departed earlier the next day. Then 2 couples rolled in late in the day but only one couple spent the night.
The glamping tents looked amaaaazing and the creek that ran right behind our site added just a serene ambiance to our entire stay.
If you enter via the railroad crossing, most definitely heed the lower speed signs!!! Take this crossing at no faster than 35kms!!
This would be an excellent location for a group or family gathering. There's tons of space for kids to run around as well!

We had a great time camping here. Conner was very friendly & gave us a riding lesson on his horse Stardust. There were 3 big friendly dogs, a litter of puppies, pigs, chickens - so many animals!
The site was nice & quiet and we really enjoyed the fire pit with wood supplied.
