Peace and Serenity
Healing Hills is very appropriately named. This is the third year that I’ve camped here and I will absolutely keep coming back. If it’s peace and quiet you’re looking for, look no further. Sitting around the camp fire, you may occasionally hear the sound of a horse and buggy traveling down the road. But other than that, all you’re going to hear is the peaceful sound of the wind blowing gently through the trees or an animal scurrying in the woods.

Site 5 - Healing Hills
We stayed in Forest glade #2 which was the furthest back so the most private. Only a short walk from the parking area. The campsite was perfect for us! Flat spot for the tent, picnic table, excellent fire pit, lots of down wood for scrounging or wood for sale. Water, garbage disposal, pit toilets and cart were all a bonus. We love the Driftless area and this place was centrally located. Nice!

My grandson + I had a blast camping in the little cabin in the Healing Hills!! Spectacular setting in the rolling farmland and bluffs of southwest Wisconsin! Everything was as advertised.

Beth and Pat's directions were super clear and helpful! We arrived late at night and had to head out early, but what we saw of the property was absolutely beautiful. The valley and hills are stunning, especially with the fog!

Beautiful peaceful location. Beth and Pat are both very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, privacy of camp, and hearing the sound of Amish buggies passing on the road below. I will be back!

Rustic Cabin at Healing Hills
We really enjoyed our stay. We chose the cabin so we could ease our children into more rustic camping, and it definitely suited our needs. The view from this site is great, with an amazing view of the stars. We loved hiking the trails in the property and wish we had had time to explore more of them! We would definitely return here.

Site 1 - Healing Hills
Group Camping Trip
Healing Hills was the perfect spot for our group. We had a group of 12 (and less on 2 nights) and rented 3 campgrounds and the structure. One of our members was pumping during our trip, so the structure was helpful for privacy and having the little fridge for some perishables.
We were able to take advantage of the site and cook on the fire, sit and talk, play some outdoor games, and star gaze. During the day, we made it to Wildcat Mountain and canoeing on the Kickapoo river. Pat checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of and even brought us extra chairs and a canopy if we needed it. Gracious hosts, amazing land. This was the perfect spot for a group camping trip. The location is superb! We will book again.

Healing hills was a very nice and quiet place to bring our puppy camping for the first time! Bathrooms were a little tight, but clean and had toilet paper. We would camp here again!

Great experience
What a beautiful place! Pat was great! helped us out of a jam with some car troubles. saw bald eagles, red squirrels, wild turkeys, deer and more! Beth and Pats dogs were so sweet and friendly too, great to be almost surrounded by woods. would go back for sure.

Truly Healing Hills
This was my second visit to Healing Heals. This place is great! It is quiet and secluded with great hiking right on the property. But if you want to venture out, there are also great sites to see and places to go just a short drive away. I loved just sitting in front of a campfire and hearing the occasional sound of the local Amish riding by in their horse and buggy. I'll be returning soon for more healing!

We had a great time at Healing Hills! It is a beautiful place, surrounded by beautiful country. Pat and Beth were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality. We enjoyed Roscoe the dog, too. :) Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Quiet, calming, beautiful Place
This place is definitely a healing place. It’s very peaceful and quiet. There are magnificent views of hills and valleys and a beautiful night sky with so many stars. Also, the trails are great for walking and meditating. I would describe it as God’s country and beauty. Beth and Pat are super sweet and very nice to talk to. There are also amazing and beautiful state parks and towns nearby to visit. We stayed at the cabin and the cabin was clean and very comfortable. Also, they love dogs so you can bring your dog with you.

Healing hills at its best!!!
So peaceful and serene. Fantastic view of the healing hills and the farm across that of course had Amish buggies coming in. It is definitely a place I would return and stay longer than 2 days. We didnt even leave on Saturday at all. Just started a campfire at 11a and then burned until we ran out of firewood. Even took some wood from there dead apple tree and sawed some logs.!!!

Great place to camp out
Beth and Pat are wonderful hosts. There are several nice campsites to choose from. The outdoor bathrooms are always spotless. The nearby Hillsboro is a nice tiny town with a Kwik Stop gas station/store that has everything needed,including delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches that I became a big fan of. The campgrounds are stocked with firewood. The area around is quite picturesque, a mix of farmlands and forested hills. For anyone looking to get away for a few days and camp in a relaxing setting, this is a solid choice with few drawbacks.

Site 4 - Healing Hills
‘Healing’ is the right word for this place. Between the many trails on the property to explore and the lovely scenery on the drive there, I caught myself in a state of awe frequently during my stay. Quiet and secluded but not too isolated. I love cycling and there were two super cool trails within driving distance. Kayak and canoe rentals close by as well. Brandon, Beth, and Pat were all incredibly kind people. Welcoming, helpful, and not overbearing in the slightest. The cherry on top for me was occasionally running into their dog, Roscoe. Definitely hope to return.

Peaceful getaway
Solo getaway with my dog and my second stay this summer. Great hiking everyday within a 1 hour of camp. No plans, no destinations. The energy here is amazing, the peacefulness, the kindness of strangers and the hospitality of from our hosts was memorable. We will be back... maybe in the fall!

Rustic Cabin at Healing Hills
This was our second time staying at Beth & Pat's cabin and it was just as nice! we came to see a meteor shower and it's the perfect place for laying out on a grassy hill and watching the stars.
