Daydream Cabin
This is my new favorite place! Stephanie and Adam are so kind, and inviting! The views of mountains are beautiful! I love the cabin so cute, comfortable big bed! Love that it has a heater if you need it, I like camping early spring and late fall so that was great to have! Cabin feels and looks like a fairy house in the woods!! I love this place, been twice and can't wait to go again!! And another bonus they love doggy's!! ❤ 🐾

Daydream Cabin
Stephanie and her son were exceptional hosts. Their farm is in a beautiful spot with a serene setting. The cabin was really nice and cozy. We arrived late on a rainy, cold, and windy night, but they came by our cabin and made sure we had a propane heater and gave us four small propane tanks for the night! Excellent place and even better hosts!

The view is amazing and the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful to explore as well. Stephanie was really nice and a great host.

Exactly as advertised and then some. Very quiet, picturesque and serene camp. Clean outhouse, propane heater in the cabin and even a couple of battery packs to charge our phones.

A beautiful cabin!
The cabin was really cute and spacious! It was very thoughtfully designed and the bed was comfortable! The outhouse is clean and the fire pit and the picnic table provide lots of space to spread out enjoy the gorgeous view. I’ll definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

Eternally Grateful
The land was absolutely stunning and we arrived at a perfect time for the foliage. The host was extremely welcoming and even pointed us in the right direction for some fantastic nearby hikes, and firewood. The reservoir was a short ride down the dirt road, and overnight road noise was nonexistent. Just a wonderful place to get away!

Site 2 - Grateful Acres Vermont
2nd Visit to Grateful Acres
Once again, we had a wonderful time at Grateful Acres! This was our 2nd stay at Stephanie’s property and we wanted to fall foliage and that is what we got and then some.
The area is great for leaf peeping and the cool weather was welcomed for hiking. We didn’t see any moose or other large animals but we spotted a beautiful owl while hiking.
We got to meet Stephanie, the host, and she is very welcoming and excited to host her guests at the camp site. She and her family are avid hikers and campers and she has a wealth of information about the area.
My wife and I would certainly be returning next season and would recommend Grateful Acres for your next quiet getaway.

Absolutely beautiful campsite, and Stephanie was very warm and welcoming! If you’re looking for a unique and peaceful experience away from crowded public campsites, this is your place. Not the most privacy from other campers because it’s a big open field, but still better than a state park. I felt 100% safe and would camp here again in a heartbeat.

Location was great. Exceptionally beautiful spot in the mountains of Vermont. Comfy cabin on some cool fall nights. This was our first Hipcamp experience and it was a good experience for us. Stephanie was fantastic and her instructions and directions were perfect. Highly recommended!!!!

Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating! Nice open field on a hill to camp on. Firewood was available to buy which was really convenient. Nice clean wooden outhouse. Cabins on site look nice too.

This was such a great trip for me and my girlfriend. So peaceful and relaxing with a great view :) the people who run this are super nice and we felt comfortable here. Plenty to do nearby. Will definitely be back ! ✌️🤘

Site 1 - Grateful Acres Vermont
Beautiful open land with 2 camp/small RV sites, 2 cabins, and 1 canvas glamping tent. Stephanie and her family were super welcoming and accommodating, not to mention Grateful Dead fans! We brought our small camper to site #1, which is located right at the entrance of Grateful Acres. It's easily accessible, but slightly less private because it's so close to the road. There's a newly built outhouse as well as a port-a-potty, but no showers. So take some camping soap (like Dr. Bronner's) and wash off in the nearby Somerset Reservoir, which is a hiking, swimming, fishing paradise, about 2 miles away, an 8-ish minute drive. We'll definitely be back, maybe with a group and reserve multiple sites!

A must stay!
Beautiful land and excellent host! Stephanie and her son were amazing hosts. Our car died and they gave us a jump, as well as gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. They were extremely welcoming and we can’t wait to come back! There was a beautiful lake about 7 min drive up the road, where you could swim, kayak or hike around. The town of Wilmington is extremely charming. It’s a must stay!

Amazing location!
Grateful Acres is a beautiful camping spot with mountain views, wildlife, quiet and peace all around. You travel a few miles down a gravel/dirt road (which my Toyota Corolla handled perfectly fine) along a river before arriving. At night, I’ve never seen so many stars in my life. As well as witnessing a beautiful foggy sunrise and hearing owls/coyotes just outside our camp. They have a local black bear that visits, but we didn’t see him this time.
Swimming at the res is located just another 2 miles to the end of the road. Stunning views with completely mirror-still water. We WILL be back!
Separate note: My partner and I had planned on tent camping at site #2 but Stephanie actually offered us use of her glamping site since the renters couldn’t show up after all. The tentrr tent has literally everything you could ask for - the Coleman supplies are amazing quality too.

Grateful Family Mountain Camping
Outstanding, serene mountain-farm family camping experience! We had the whole place all to ourselves mid-week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Sunset, stargazing, sunrise and a beautiful rainbow to top it all off! Amazing grounds, instantly made us want to come back - Highly recommended and Stephanie was an accommodating, excellent host!

Beautiful stay
We loved our stay at Grateful Acres! It’s an incredibly beautiful and peaceful campground. The sunset views on our first night were spectacular. The dream cabin was super cozy and exactly as you see in the pictures. Stephanie and Adam were fantastic hosts and we would certainly stay at their campground again whenever we get a chance!
