Music Springs Camp Ground
Such a great little getaway! Tucked back into the woods outside of Tyler - just far enough to feel like you’re secluded but close enough to run to town if you forgot something!

Bunk House
You'll love it!
I wish we had discovered this place four years ago when our granddaughter started playing softball in Longview for LeTourneau University. We needed a place for an extended stay and found this jewel. The bunkhouse was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was right on. The grilling and fire pit area for the bunkhouse is private and very pretty. We loved the surroundings and enjoyed walking the Prayer Path each day. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. We had the place to ourselves during our mostly mid-week stay, but we plan to go back to enjoy a music festival. Everything was so gaily lit up on Friday night that it just looked like it would be a totally fun venue. I sent pics to my ladies' group from church and hope to plan a retreat soon. There are a variety of cute little rental units and nice communal areas that would suit a retreat very nicely. Vicki was so very kind to allow us to check in a little early so we could make it into Longview for the first pitch of a 5:00 game. If there are any LETU family members reading this, the drive back and forth from Longview was no big deal. We did some antique shopping in Mineola and enjoyed a lovely lunch in a local tearoom. It was a nice change from hotel rooms, and we will definitely so back.
