Stacey and Jim were the most kind and considerate hosts. My boyfriend and I had the best, most relaxing time at wishing well.

The trailer was beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos! But you don't really see the animals much from this location. The pigs are located closer to the entrance and the cows have so much space so you can't really see them. It's right next to the cow trailer but there is still enough privacy.
My favourite part of the stay was the sanctuary tour! I loved hearing all their stories and learning more about their personalities!

The Llama Lounge at Wishing Well
The Llama Lounge was a comfortable and relaxing place to spend the weekend. The trailer fit 3 adults without issues (one in the main bed, one on the bottom bunk, one on the futon). The lawn had enough lawn chairs for 5 people. We were surrounded by the llamas pen and some buildings, making it a nice and private area to spend time.

Our stay in the country loft at Wishing Well was so grounding and heart filling. Stacey, Marc and Annette were all very kind and have such big hearts for all of the animals. We loved our tour of the farm and opportunity to meet a lot of the animals in their homes. I can’t believe we got to hug a cow, pet and feed lots of pigs, bond with a Llapaca and help put a Turkey to bed. The loft was really cozy and rustic. It was nice to watch some dvds and unwind. We were silly and forgot to do the scavenger hunt! Next time we would like to try the glamping site or the llama lounge.

Fantastic place, people and animals. We had an amazing time. Hector is the best, just wear bland colours. 😁

My husband and I had a great time at the Koi pond! Always thrilled to have kayaks to paddle about in. The tent was spacious and the space had everything we needed included bbq and cooking utensils, water, an outdoor shower, and a cooler.
The farm tour is a must to meet and interact with the animals. We will forever remember Hector the turkey and his tendency to show off.
Also recommend watching a movie in the barn! Such a cozy and one of a kind set up.
Thanks for having us! I always have recommended this spot to my family and friends.

Country Loft-Wishing Well Sanctuary
We had an amazing weekend away! We were able to disconnect while still being a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants.
The animals are super friendly and our hosts were great to chat with while exploring the grounds.
We will definitely be back!

Pig Palace - Wishing Well Sanctuary
We booked this trailer as a surprise for my sibling’s birthday and had the best time. Annette was so wonderful, made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend the movie night in the barn, it was the perfect activity on a cool night for a spooky movie. I look forward to another visit in the future.

Glamping at the koi ponds was fantastic! Beautiful tent and lots of space. The paddle boat and kayaks were lots of fun (bring rubber boots for getting them in and out of the pond) Great cooking setup and cozy fire area. We went late in the season so it was pretty chilly but the extra blankets helped! The staff and animal care takers are very friendly and helpful, thunder the Llama gives kisses and the pigs and goats love their snacks!
Will definitely be back again in the summer!

So many things stood out that it is difficult to narrow it down! Annette and Marc are so friendly and they both took the time with us during our stay. The farm tour was so detailed and it was amazing to meet the animals. The tent is located in a lovely spot and the farm was so easy to find

My girlfriend and I loved this experience! Annette, Marc and everyone else involved were incredibly kind and welcoming. The animals are well loved and are such a joy to meet. If you’re looking for a relaxing glamping experience I highly recommend this.

Llama lounge was a great place to stay. Annette and Marc are lovely and super helpful. Annette responds very quickly and was very accommodating. The trailer was very clean and the space was very cozy. It was pretty hot while we were there during the day, so the only downside was that there was no a/c - but fans were provided to cool off! The animals are hilarious and sweet. It was great to be able to interect with/feed them. We would definitely return!

Spent the weekend glamping at the Koi Pond with my five year old son and had an amazing time! We loved kayaking on the pond and the Barn Moovie Theatre! If you have kids the outdoor games package add on is a must! We also added on the vegan charcuterie platter from the Living Platter which was fantastic as well as ordered the vegan meats, just eggs and cheese through Annette which made shopping a breeze. Annette and Marc were fantastic hosts - so prompt and helpful to reply from the moment we booked to all throughout our stay. The tour of the animals was also fun and informative. The accommodations and property were gorgeous and the bed was oh so comfortable. We had an amazing time! Thank you again!!!

Overall, had a great experience. But I had the impression the lot had more space, as in I thought it was bit more remote from the other sites. But it was not we were side by side to another RV.
I tried to go online to figure out more about Wishing Well as there seems to be a back story to this cute spot, there were volunteers saying they have been helping for 8 years there. Annette was helpful at arrival to show how to use the camper. I wish there was a way to use the awning. Note, theres no shade outdoors at the camper. But it's like folks who were at the sanctuary didn't know we were arriving. For instance, I had added the farm chores but even though we made time daily, nobody seemed to be able to delegate to us how to feed/help. So that was a disappointment for my child more than me. We just watched but my 4 year was like let's ask, as I thought it would be more hands on. I don't know what it was, but also, my friend has been here in the past and had a similar experience (it didn't go so well) So eventhough Annette could greet us, she was removed from the sanctuary and we were not integrated into the space.

We loved staying at wishing well! The site was LOVELY, it was so unique and wonderful to get to know the animals, and the hosts were SO HELPFUL!
Such a great experience. A true hidden gem, so close to home.

Lovely spot. Sweet little trailer. Laid back place to roam and connect with animals. So fun to connect with all those involved in this sanctuary. The movie night was an extra special treat.

The Robin's Nest--Bunkie on a Farm
Everything was amazing! Gorgeous setting. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Beds are super comfy. Everyone is very friendly and we got to spend time with the Thunder, the llama as well as the sheep! We helped feed the pigs and goats. Hector the turkey is absolutely gorgeous!
It was such a relaxing atmosphere. I wish i could have stayed for a week!

This was such an amazing experience! All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had the opportunity to help with evening feeding. We got to interact with all the animals and made lots of friends. The glamping tent was so clean and cute! The bed was very comfortable and the blankets with so cozy! Highly recommend the wishing well sanctuary for your next getaway !

Camping With The Cows--Wishing Well
We stayed at the Camping with the Cows @ the Wishing Well Sanctuary - and what an experience it was! How unique is it to wake up to seeing healthy happy cows graze! My daughter loved it, and we did too. It was nice to connect with nature so effortlessly. We strongly advise you to book well in advance - it is an enriching experience!
Residence: The RV is just like in the pictures. It is very spacious and very clean. In fact the pictures for the Lama Lounge & Pig Palace are just the same: clean, spacious and so new! It was also fun to watch movies in the evening, as there was a DVD player (300 movies to choose from) in the RV. The shower and bathroom were also clean and made for a comfortable stay.
Activities:
- The outdoor games package was useful for our daughter to keep busy in the afternoons and play. I would suggest it, if you are into that.
- The chores are a fun experience and it's free, so it's nice to book in that experience.
- The guided tour is nice and personal. Lots to learn about the animals and get to meet them personally.
- If you are there for a Wednesday, jump on the Wagon ride and see the Koi Pond. It's fun!
Hosts: Annette and Marc are lovely people and wonderful hosts! They answered all our questions and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This was the first time we stayed in an RV, and so I msged Annette a few times in the day and evening and she was quick to respond.
Dining: The kitchen inside is ideal it has all you need!

The Llama Lounge at Wishing Well
The trailer was clean, well supplied and beautiful. The lot was also perfectly maintained. We loved interacting with the animals and everyone was so friendly and kind.

Staying in the Llama Lounge was great fun for our whole family. The children loved the starlight movie experience and the lawn toys. We all loved the animals and the friendly, helpful faces ready to teach us. It was a wonderful way to spend our weekend. We hope to come back soon.

This is my favourite place! The environment is beyond peaceful and the animals just brighten your whole day! We love this place so much, this is our second time here and already have our third visit booked! I highly recommend coming to stay at the wishing well!
