Learn more about this land: This is a private community cottage area on Mississippi Lake. We are an RV-only campsite. We can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length and have electrical and water hookups available. Spend your evenings watching the sunset while sitting around a cozy campfire! There is great swimming, canoeing boating, kayaking, watersports, fishing, biking, 4 wheeling, hiking, and many trails. Our town is minutes away, other quaint towns are within 15 minutes and our nation's capital is 20 minutes away. There are many historic sites nearby as well plus great shopping and dining experiences. A boat launch is 3 minutes down the road. This is a quiet private area therefore no outdoor nor loud music and no parties are permitted.

    A driveway next to a septic bed

    Friendly host, but this “rv campsite” is NOT AT ALL as represented. It is a short gravel driveway behind a cottage, right next to a septic bed. No view. Not enough level space by the trailer for a camp chair. The grounds were messy, and there was no fire pit for the rv. The “sandy beach” was across the street from the front of the cottage, unkept/messy and only about 7 feet wide. RV hookup was apparently 15amp, but not enough hydro to cook while running anything else (blew the power breaker). Definitely not worth the price and would NOT recommend.

    Not as represented in pictures. Would not recommend this site as I feel the Host is misrepresenting the location. You will be parking on a driveway in a small backyard with no space to sit outside of your trailer if that is your preference. Left after 4 hours because of electrical issues.

    Thank you Donna for a very pleasant stay. This is a peaceful neighbourhood right next to a lovely lake. Great Biking close by, and a nice opportunity to paddle. Donna was exceptionally kind and hospitable!!
