Lighthouse Landing Camp

We had a great time at Light House Landing! We celebrated our 6th anniversary at the cabin and it was a great experience, we woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise on the lake! Jim, Alyssa and Fran have created such a welcoming environment and were great hosts (like texting to tell us turtles were hatching on the beach one morning or showing us how to feed the chickadees). The cabins were very nice, clean and on the water. We would highly recommend this little slice of paradise

Lighthouse Landing a Hip Camp gem!

I struggle to find the right words to describe what an AMAZING time I experienced at Lighthouse Landing. The location is beautiful, with an abundance of wildflowers, pristine waterfront access steps away from any location on the property, and cabins that provide the right balance between comfort and practicality. More importantly, Jim, Alyssa, Asher and Fran (Granny) make the place what it is, Superb! They are friendly, inviting, caring, thoughtful and kind. Somehow they get the balance right between being available to ensure your enjoyment and providing an environment of peace and privacy. My five days four night at this location reminded me of the healing powers of nature, a beautiful setting, and amazing hosts.

A fantastic place to just get away!

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Landing Camp. The cabin was cozy, surrounded by nature which provided many relaxing moments. What made the stay even better were the hosts. Always friendly and helpful, providing local suggestions as well as sharing their personal stories of the camp's history. We came back home feeling refreshed, relaxed and looking forward to another opportunity to stay at this beautiful location.

Communication was fast and the hand drawn birthday card for my girlfriend's birthday helped make this a memorable holiday among other things. We made good use of the available boats and fire pit... Lakeside Sunset Tiny Cabin #5.5

Beautiful view from our cabin, amazing hospitality from Jim, Alyssa and Granny (lovely people), and nice site. We loved using the paddle boat provided free of charge, having a camp fire at our cabin and end enjoying morning coffee on our porch.

What a GEM!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in the tiny cabin! We had everything we needed. It was so cozy! Perfect for a weekend getaway. We loved relaxing on the Muskoka chairs - starring out over the lake and then up at stars at night. You don’t get this kind of sky in the city! The communal/cooking area is amazing! Plenty of space to store food and everything you need to prepare any meal. They have free canoes and kayaks to take out on the lake and a little beach to play volleyball. You can tell a lot of love is put into this place. Everyone was beaming - just so happy to be there. many have been going there since they were children! Truly a gem of a place. Highly HIGHLY recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed! We are hoping to stay in one of the larger cabins next time!

Lovely campsite and amazing hosts.

We stayed at 9.5 tiny cabin. The host are very friendly and you can tell that they’ve thought of almost everything to make their campers enjoy their stay. They also don’t hover and respect your privacy while still reachable when needed. The place is well maintained. I definitely will come back here again maybe and invite our friends to join us. We brought our canoe but they also have canoes, kayak, and paddle board for guests to use.

Lighthouse landing is absolutely perfect! The cottages and washrooms were squeaky clean and the views on the lake were stunning. The hospitality and kindness of the family that owns the cottages made the weekend even more special. Can’t recommend this play enough, it’s definitely a must stay!

I stayed in Cabin 5.5. This property is a real gem. The family will welcome you with open arms. This property is well maintained. An added bonus is they are environmentally aware of their footprint. The most loving, welcoming and hard working family. They will leave you with a warm feeling in your heart and the biggest smile on your face. They exude kinship and generosity. This property is located on Lake Cecebe where the wildlife and sunsets are spectacular. The hospitality here is stellar. Location location location! I give this place a 10/10.

We had the best time in Cabin 6 at Lighthouse Landing! We loved taking the canoe out during the day and relaxing by the fire at night. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Lakeside Cabin

We had such a fun time at cabin 9.5. A beautiful lakeside cabin, with tons of kayaks and canoes & the cutest beach. We’re looking forward to coming back. We really appreciate everything you guys did for us. Sorry about the paddle boat but thank you Asher for saving us!! :)

I actually stayed in cabin 10. When I was reading others' reviews I thought they were being dramatic about how amazing this place. Well after staying there, I now know they were not being hyperbolic. The place has a specialness to it that I cannot describe. The owners are some of the kindest most down to earth people I've ever met. I could watch the sunrise from my bed in the Bunkie. They had kayaks, canoes and paddleboards for guests to use. It is truly a wonderful place.

This place is absolutely amazing! We went to relax and unwind for the weekend and we did just that! I strongly recommend taking a canoe or kayak (everything was available and in great shape) down the destress river. The property is beautiful, cabin 9.5 was so adorable and the bed was comfortable. We can’t wait to go back.

One to remember!

Incredible stay! This place has everything to make your getaway one to remember. The land and area is beautifully maintained, the energy everyone had was so welcoming, and it was so kindly equipped to serve every possible need. We really appreciated all the fine details. There is also so much to do around the campsite that the owners so kindly listed out for us to enjoy. Thank you! Definitely recommend and hope to come back here very soon ourselves.
