My partner and I felt instantly welcome. The Mongolian yurt was spotless and cozy, with electricity, AC, a full kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a thermostat-controlled stove. Tracey and Christopher even had a campfire ready every night, and their two sweet dogs were a delight. We visited over Thanksgiving for fall colours—perfect dark skies for stargazing and gorgeous sunsets at Seagull Lake. Highly recommend!

Such a gem!! If you want relaxing in a calm chill environment this is for you! I could have spent days locked in the yurt happily! There’s also lots to do in the surrounding area, hiking, canoe etc. Also close to provincial parks. Very dog friendly and they have 2 wonderful dogs themselves! The hosts were fantastic people and made us feel comfortable from the start! Will be back for sure!

We had the most relaxing stay at Fish’s Yurt! We enjoyed the property with an outdoor fire, and hiked along the snowmobile trails to the nearby lake. The Yurt has all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will be back!

Tracey and Christopher were amazing hosts. This stay was the best experience we ever had. They were so helpful in terms of preparing for a pleasant stay for us. Super dog friendly as our dog Lyle also had a great time. The yurt is truly special! We went kayaking and swam in the lake, all within 5 mins drive. Book this place and you’ll enjoy it!

Fish's Yurt is well located near a bunch of beautiful provincial parks, making it a good home base for many adventures. We enjoyed the canoe and Seagull Lake is pretty. Christopher and Tracey were lovely and very responsive hosts.

Truly the best winter wonderland weekend at @fishs_yurt. Our first time in a yurt and we loved it so much we booked our next adventure here before we left. This is a traditional Mongolian yurt imported from Mongolia and made into the perfect warm, cozy peaceful yet luxurious getaway. Every beautiful rustic detail was appreciated from the comfy bedding to the warm gas stove, bath salts and hot cocoa. The land around the yurt is beautiful and we enjoyed snowshoeing in fresh powder snow and returning to an outside campfire, a hot bath and a cozy night by the gas stove. Thank you to our friendly and very hospitable hosts Tracey and Christopher. See you again in March!!❤️❄️🔥❤️

The hosts were exceptional! They greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the beautiful mogolian yurt. The yurt was super cozy, had everything you could need, comfy bed, and in a stunning location. We walked 5-10 minutes to seagull lake and saw the sun going down on the lake. To anyone who love adventures and new experiences this is one for the books. We loved every minute and we’re sad to leave. Highly recommend:) would go again!

We had an excellent time hiking in the beautiful woods and cherishing the lakes surrounding this unique, fully equipped yurt. Top notch sheets, towels, dishes and appliances. Enjoyed the prepared fire pit and convenience items supplied. The bed is super comfy after a soak in the claw foot Tub!

Such a lovely place to stay! The Yurt was beautiful and inviting (and spotless!!). The hosts were kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend it anyone. Will be back to stay again in the future.
