The campground is located on Long Island a five minute ferry ride from the mainland. The campground is a mixture of old and new forest the sites were planned with privacy in mind. Each of the sites are different offering a variety of choices. Just 100 feet from the driveway is the trailhead for the Balancing Rock a top attraction in Nova Scotia. There is also many whale watching tours offered on the two islands. You can also go beach combing along different areas of the Island.

This is my family reunion site . This site can fit one large tent or two 4 person tents in the main area and can also fit two smaller tents in the Hideaway. This site is also at the end of camp road giving it a more secluded and private atmosphere.

Beautiful campsite & very peaceful location. Patrick was very welcoming & had some great info to share about the area. We got a staying local discount at Freeport whale tours. Thanks for a great stay!
