Ruthy is just wonderful! Everything is very well equipped and the space is set up very nicely. A peaceful place to just calm down and enjoy the open fields.

I loved the layout of the entire site. The shower had hot water and a bunch of knobs to hold your things up. The porta potties smelled good, were clean and the sink right outside to wash your hands is so great!! It's a place of relaxation and beautiful night sky views. The tents were clean and the decor gave me very cute bohemian sheek vibes.

Been to about 30 hipcamp places so far and this place had the best hospitality. I mean the place is stunning of course but Bryan n Ruthie treated us like a real family.
Very clean and lots of land to explore, with 2 littles bikes to ride around!
Kubo is really hard to get so bring some treats ✌️

I loved the land! Out in the nature, but virtually no mosquitos or other bugs to speak of. Living areas were spaced just far enough apart to allow for privacy but also enough to encourage mingling with others if you so desired. Amenities were reasonable and matched the style I was looking for. Just great. Sad we had to leave early due to a private issue at home.
Unfortunately, there was a mixup in my reservation on the website’s end, but Ruthie and Bryan were very kind and reassuring about it. Definitely recommend.

A great first glamping experience!
We loved our stay at Ruthie’s! Our tent was extremely clean, dry and well decorated, with plenty of space for us and our two young kids (who loved swinging in the trees, searching for frogs in the little creek, and running around the property). The private hot shower was a huge plus! Only things to keep in mind are that the bathrooms are actually porta potties, and privacy will be minimal if there are other guests on the property as the other tents on the lot are very close by. This place would be so perfect for a group friends/families staying together!

Anniversary camp weekend
Ruthie was so warm and inviting when we arrived. The property was so peaceful. Tent #1 was close enough to the gathering areas and other tents, but still far enough away to give us the privacy we wanted. The decor was beauuuutiful! What a great spot for a camping weekend away.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My partner, pup and I had an absolutely amazing time at Coyote Creek. There were two other couples there at the same time, and we interacted as much or as little as we wanted to. We played bags, volleyball, hung out on our little "porch area," had a communal campfire with neighbors, and just relaxed. The space at the camp has activities to engage in if you're interested, but plenty of space to just relax and enjoy nature. An added bonus is the brewery within walking distance of the camp that allows dogs and has wood fired pizzas some nights. The tent itself is gorgeous with thoughtful decorations and comfy beds. We are so thrilled to have stumbled upon this little paradise and have already shared the site with friends so they can book in the future. I highly recommend booking this space if you're looking for gorgeous glamping accommodations, a place to just kick back and relax, and an area that allows you access to cool hiking, breweries, fun exploration. Thanks Ruthie! We will be back!

We loved the camp, kids could run free and no worries about cars driving around. The place is beautiful and well kept, they will help you with whatever you need! Just keep in mind it gets really cold at night(even in the middle of august), so pack a extra blanket or your portable heater, they did provide us extra blankets at our second night.
We are definitely coming back soon.

Camping with pit bull @ site 1
My stay on Bryan & Ruthie’s property was really awesome. Awesome set up to just chill out or explore. Hosts were super helpful, but also let you relax and do your own thing. The campsites have a nice sense of privacy due to the layout and design of the space, everything perfectly matched my expectations and I had an amazing time.
Very convenient and easy to camp with a dog or two, I brought my pitbull and she enjoyed grazing in the sun, exploring the stream, and being able to freely in the fields nearby. Highly recommend bringing along your furry friends.

Hidden gem!
This place is a hidden gem! It was a peaceful little oasis. I had the pleasure of staying in tent #1 and absolutely loved everything about it. The deck the tent sits on is beautiful and overlooks a sprawling field. The birds and frogs and sounds of nature are so peaceful. And the beds were super comfy. The hosts were so friendly and overall the grounds were spotless especially the shower. Ton of stuff to do in the area. Bonus points for the brewery across the street! Will definitely be back!

It grows on you! Ruthie is an amazing kind and efficient host. We stayed right next to a gurgling stream. With heavy thunderstorms every night, we were lucky with some cool weather. The site does not have electrical connection. If you are headed in heat of summer, figure out if you need a battery operated fan as the tent can get hot. However with 80+ F temperatures, the shady areas of the site felt much cooler. Make sure you carry your cooler, towels etc.
We will probably head back in the fall.

Quiet, Private and Relaxing
My wife and I along with our two dogs stayed four nights in the Yurt style tent. It rained twice while we were there, once very hard, but we and all of our belongings stayed completely dry!! The scenery is very pleasant, looking over farm fields and into the woods, and rolling hills to the West. There were two other sites that were occupied by other campers, also with dogs, and we still felt we had ample privacy. Outdoor shower could be very hot at times. Site was very clean and well maintained. There is also the Westtown Brewery a short walk uphill across the road from the campground entrance.

Ruthie was the best! Making everything a breeze with clear instructions and little extras to make the trip tons of fun. We even got to hear the wonderful call of the location’s namesake, beautiful coyotes, along with the coos and crows of the friendly flock of free range chickens. The location near the creek is soooo peaceful and my two daughters loved the hammock and swing for relaxation. We’ll be back again!

Cayote Creek in the Fall
We had a wonderful experience at Cayote creek. Tents were sweet and welcoming, well equipped and comfortable. Ruthie was a great and thoughtful hostess. The grounds were beautiful with the most green and luscious grass you ever did see. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed our stay very much!

The amenities available at this location are excellent. Not only is the tent the best glamping setup I have ever seen, with very nice touches such as a reclining chair with faux fur blanket, but there is a camp kitchen, hot water shower, plenty of firewood and eggs, and several spots to sit outside with a group. I think it is important to consider this not really camping, however, and more like an outdoor hotel. Reason being, the three tents are in proximity to each other, and to access the aforementioned amenities, you are walking around the other occupants of the site and vise-versa. It is not exactly the quietest and most solo camping experience. But if you're looking for a "lite" version of camping, this is a great choice.

Great hiking homebase
Had a wonderful stay! Ruthie was a warm and welcoming host. We stayed in site 3 and really enjoyed having so much space in the tent. The bed was really comfy. The shower facility was just what I needed post-hike during our visit. Also loved the chairs with footrests on our little porch. My friend and I hiked Stokes State Forest and Delaware Water Gap Recreational Area using this as our home base. Really enjoyed the Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery not too far aware as well. Would return.

Calm, Cozy, clean and welcoming :)
Our stay at Coyote creek was amazing. We enjoyed so much that we are definitely thinking of going back at some point to just relax. Bryan and Ruthie's place is perfect getaway for those who just want relaxing time away from routine. The hosts were the most amazing people, our tent felt extremely cozy and it was well maintained. Each tent has its own private fire pit and gas grill. There are free roaming chickens on the farm and a creek that runs through property. There are hammocks, common seating place and a wagon overlooking field for common use. Hosts were very gracious and answered all our questions. There are farm fresh eggs available for breakfast that you can buy from them. Night skies were amazing. This place is also not at all far from the town, Appalachian trail and other outdoor activities.

The perfect weekend getaway!
Bryan and Ruthie have created such a welcoming and relaxing spot for the perfect getaway! Our tent was very clean and there was lots to do in the area. The brewery just up the road was a great weekend activity and the food was delicious. Bryan and Ruthie have put a lot of effort into making their space comfortable and stylish, and they were a delight to interact with. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
