This was the perfect spot for us! They had full hook ups, it was very level, very private, the sunset was amazing and close to a brewery! Plus we got to pick a few pecans for our journey home. Would for sure stay again.

Site 2 - Pecan Orchard Hideout
Perfect little stop on our 7 day road trip! The pipes were insulated although we thankfully didn’t need them to be (previous sites on our trip weren’t and it was rough). Ray was so welcoming in our arrival as was his pup, buddy! The sunset was absolutely stunning. We felts safe, was easy to find, and we’re grateful for our stay!

Rays land was an excellent overnight stop on our cross country move. We arrived after dark and had no issues with directions and were able to set up and settle in quickly! Waking up to pretty views of the Pecan trees was lovely!

Beauty spot just outside El Paso
Great place and very friendly owners. We got in easy with our 26’ travel trailer and enjoyed exploring the area.

Sweet stay at Pecan Orchard
Waking up in a peaceful pecan orchard was bliss for this Floridian couple. Quiet and comfortable. Ray is incredibly hospitable and the hook ups in excellent condition. Just over an hour from White Sands National Park.

Wonderful Hideaway!
We loved our visit! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find full hookups resembling an RV park space and plenty of space for our rig and vehicles. Our hosts were super friendly and kind and shared a lot about the area. We squeezed in a quick visit to a local winery, White Sands, and Mesilla and would love to come back.

Very convenient, beautifully managed site in a peaceful rural area surrounded by pecan orchards. Although we didn’t meet Ray in person, communication with him was first rate via text.

Nice campsite to visit
We were met by Ray upon arrival, very friendly and asked if we needed anything but we didn’t. The site was nicely kept up and level. Power hookup’s are new, we stayed while we visited White Sands National Park. A was little drive but not bad.

Site 1 - Pecan Orchard Hideout
Quiet and peaceful spot. The owner Ray, lives right next door. Great guy to talk to. We has site number 1. We have a Lance trailer which is lower than a big fifth wheel. We had a lot of trouble dumping because the sweet connection was higher than our outlet. Site 2 didn't have the same issue and would have been a better choice for us. Next time we're in the area we would definitely go there again.

Camping near a pecan orchard!
We had a great time at the pecan orchard! We went with friends, and our dogs. Fun was had by all.

Site 2 - Pecan Orchard Hideout
Great spot for 5th wheel
We really enjoyed our stay. We used spot #2 ( there are only 2) and it was level, had great water pressure, clean 50 amp hookup and sewer hookup. A splendid view of the pecan farm with an abundance of piece and quiet.
Highly recommend. We’ll definitely stay again the next time through!

Site 1 - Pecan Orchard Hideout
The set up is superb, level, shaded, hookups in excellent working order. We loved “chatting” with Ray and Lucille’s friendly Turkey hen, and strolling the pecan grove and surrounding areas. Spotted a roadrunner! They are great hosts and gave us tips on recreation locally and even our next couple of stops.

Ray’s Pecan Grove was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. He has 2 RV sites with water and sewer hook up- it was easily accessible and worked well. Ron and his wife, Lucille, were friendly and gracious hosts.

Site 2 - Pecan Orchard Hideout
Excellent stay and wonderful hosts
We stayed at the Pecan Orchard for almost 2 weeks. The hosts, Ray and Lucille, are wonderful. We even went to dinner with them one night and had great conversations. Their space is quiet and in a safe location. There is a picnic table on site 1 and iron table/chairs on site 2. It’s about 10 minutes or so off I-10. Easy to get in and out. We have a 38ft fifth wheel and had no problems. If no one is in the other site, you can pull around instead of backing in. We enjoyed full hookups and the free pecans! Verizon and T-Mobile/Sprint both have excellent reception with no issues. Their dogs are friendly and so is their turkey. She loves to be loved on. I can’t say that I’ve ever gotten to pet a turkey before, but I have now. I would definitely stay here again.

Best site ever!!
The camp site is amazing, extremely level, graveled, and with all hook ups including sewer. The hosts are knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. It was cold (16 at night) while we were there and the host brought us a heat cable so our water wouldn’t freeze. Beautiful area in the midst of pecan country. Also recommended a great Tex Max restaurant for dinner one evening. I highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!!

What a great place to stay! Very peaceful, easy to get to, easy in and out. Ray is awesome! Very helpful. We stayed during a VERY cold spell. He kept checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help us. We will definitely be back when in yhe area!!! Hopefully we can explore the area then.

Quiet site with easy access
Ray and Lucille's place was very well organized. The hookups are in perfect conditions. The ground was level. We only stayed one night and did not need to unhook. We would go back if we are in this area again.

New Mexico experience.
We enjoyed our overnight at Pecan Orchards. We were Ray’s second guests and he enthusiastically helped us park and made us welcome. The location is out in the country amid pecan groves yet 20 minutes to El Paso or Las Cruces. We highly recommend staying here.

Ray and Lucille are extremely hospitable and accommodating. The grounds are clean, quiet, safe and beautiful. Great Beer/wine down the road and lots of Pecan orchards to see. We would stay again in a heart beat!
