Private furnished room and living space within the house. Awesome space for you in the lower part of the house. You basically get the entire lower level to yourself, there is a semi-private living room and private bedroom plus a second semi-private entrance, and the shared bathroom and kitchen are upstairs. ■■ Room includes: - Desk and chair - Large closet for clothes - Dresser and Lamp - Double bed with blankets and pillows ■■ House includes: - Internet (fast strong wifi) - Use of washer/dryer (shared/your soap etc.) - Secondary; semi-private living/den area - Secondary; semi-private entrance - Shared kitchen (main floor) - Shared bathroom with tub (main floor) ■■ Bonus: - Free street parking - Large backyard, BBQ - Storage for bikes etc. - Smoking cigarettes and weed is acceptable outside. ■■Walk to buses: #8 Fraser #19 Kingsway #25 to UBC (Millennium Skytrain) or (Canada Line @ 25th) ■■No PetPrivate furnished room and living space within the house.
