Fairfolk Farm is located in northeast Strathcona County, just a short 10-minute drive from beautiful Elk Island National Park. The farm is surrounded by scenic fields and small wetland pockets, with large pastures and open spaces that guests are welcome to explore. Situated on the edge of the Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve, it’s the perfect spot for stargazing — and if you’re lucky, catching a glimpse of the northern lights.Escape the busy city, and take some time to relax, reflect and recharge at this unique and peaceful cabin located on a working farm. Enjoy the tranquility of farm life as you work on your art, relax on the deck or watch a movie on a rainy day. The Fairfolk Studio is located on the edge of Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve, so if you're into stargazing, bring along your telescope and set it up on the deck. The Fairfolk Studio is suitable for singles, couples or families with older children.

Fairfolk Studio
Staying at the Fairfolk studio was the perfect way to end the winter season, with the coziest loft, and the perfect balcony to sip coffee and listen to birds on. I’m very much looking forward to revisiting, and also seeing what else Pia sets herself to on the farm!

I don’t think words can properly convey all of the things that make this little place feel like such a special gem. Our little family had a super lovely Easter weekend at Fairfolk Farm. The perfectly whimsical but functional space is *chefs kiss*. Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable. Our toddler fell in love with the dog Sunflower and loved watching Sox the cat roam around. We also came home with some delicious preserves from Pia’s kitchen and who doesn’t love an edible souvenir? We’ll be back as soon as the grass is green, the trees have leaves and the Fairies come out of hibernation.

Fairfolk Studio
We loved staying at Fairfolk Farm! The cabin was very cozy despite the dreary weather outside. The kitchen was perfect for the two of us, and we got some eggs, jam, and veg from Pinette to supplement the groceries we got. It was just a short drive to Elk Island, so perfect for a hike. Definitely a highlight of the month, and we’d love to come back!
