Located in the hamlet of Mosborough on 113 acres, this is a working farm with open fields, an old orchard, and 27 acres of forest.
We are a short drive to Guelph Lake, the Elora Gorge, Guelph to Goderich rail trail, and a 25-minute drive to St Jacob's farmers market. And a 1.4 km walk to a small country market and bakery. A great site for families that you can call home and plan day trips around the area, or hang out at the campsite. Firewood is available for purchase on-site.
We have 3 campsites that are spread out on 4 acres of grass. 1 site is used for temporary summer trailers, 2 are for camping. Pets are welcome, but keep them on a leash. Please remember to remove all garbage and recycling from campsites, a compost bin is available on site by the garden.
A portable toilet is available from May 15 to the end of thanksgiving weekend in October. And please note that we are located beside an active rail line that is used by the Go Train, VIA Rail and freighters, there are trains that pass throughout the night.
A 2 night stay is required for summer weekends.

How beautiful! What a lovely walk around and I got some fantastic sunset pics. There was traffic noise (as noted in the listing) which actually helped me sleep haha - I also slept well because I felt very safe. Lovely pond.

Perfect little getaway for a couple days, hosts were nice and helpful when we arrived. We brought our grandkids and there was enough to do between canoe, paddle boat, mini playground, and farm animals. Nice spot to relax!

The train wasn't very bothersome, there was plenty of space for my friends and I, not many bugs giving us a hard time, and lots of flat space for us all to have our tents set up. Nothing went wrong, and everything went right! Great spot to stay at!

This by far is the best Hipcamp we have ever stayed at. Jessica is a wonderful host, her property is absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained. The hiking trails are great, the campsite is large, well treed, super private and thoughtfully designed. Jessica offers many items to purchase from her farm including delicious homemade sour dough bread and pretzels. We also ordered some preserves, fresh rainbow carrots and farm fresh eggs!
We definitely would recommend a stay here, and we will be back. Thank you so much Jessica our stay was peaceful and relaxing exactly what we needed.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the bohemian farm! The site is very well maintained, and very private! Plenty of little trails to explore on the property, and located just a short drive from many beautiful provincial trails and sights. Our hostess, jessica, is an incredible, lovely human. Very welcoming, and accommodating. Be sure to inquire about her sourdough bread and pretzels prior to your arrival!!! They are an absolute delicacy!!! 10 out of 10 hipcamp experience! The only thing that could have been better would have been staying another night!

Found yourself in the area? This is the place to be. Jennifer, our host, is so welcoming and accommodating. Her family has a beautiful property and was open to us exploring her forest and visiting her animals. Between the alpacas, ducks, and beautiful dogs, we were surrounded by such warmth. The site is very cozy. Tucked away from the main road and hidden in a little place of its own in their forest. There was more than enough room for our truck and little trailer. The night is peaceful and the sounds of nature fill the air while you sleep at night. I would highly recommend this site. Thank you for your hospitality Jennifer and family!!

I STRONGLY recommend this stunningly beautiful farm, and with Bernice blessing us with sharing all of the land.
There's a beach adjacent to the creek which is refreshing to dip into. And the beach created this past June, which enhances the ALREADY amazing experience you (or anyone for that matter). The entire beach bonfire effect at night with the gorgeous moon 🌙 being so deep red.... ? Stunningly gorgeous!!!!
There is also an amaaaaazing HUGGGGGE water slide 🛝 which proves to make it doubling the entire experiences there!
I'm actually mind blow 🤯 at the MANY attractions, such great people that have become regulars ( some every other wknd).
I personally took a backwoods site ( which they offer such a huge variety of camping experiences). My site being "THE RAVENS NEST ", Bernice names all sites after birds 🐦
I was the only backwoods tent ⛺️ camper, but she allowed me to customize my site, as backwoods tent campers are few, i wish i had my phone or tablet with me, but it seems to defeat the purpose.. Right?
There's a "Blue Jays Nest" which I was tp take, and that site it right at the beach ⛱️ and behind the site immediately the creek is there.
Bernice, I cannot thank you enough for what became JUST what I needed, shut down electric devices, and simply enjoy the land, wildlife. People.
I give a 💯 for this country experience.
Please look inside the door, there is a Terracotta planter on the bakers rack and one down on the beach.

Tent camping on Jason’s land was great! it’s very secluded, spacious and scenic. I will say make sure to bring your bug spray you will need it! I think the field and Apple trees attract them. It was nice to relax and watch the stars as long as your ok hearing the train drive by sometimes, it is closer then I thought! I didn’t mind it!

I went so many times these campsite, still wonderful place. Im not getting bored / tired either.. a good place to relax with friends and families..i always recommend this wonderful place..but my concerned is the washroom..
I hope Mr.Jason have time to upgrade the washroom and shower..

The campsite was great. It was 30+ degrees but you wouldn't know until you exit the forest. Bugs were a lot but out of anyone's control, just an FYI for future campers. Jessica was wonderful, she let the kids feed the alpacas and visit the chickens. She was so friendly and accommodating. We had a great time (traveled with kids 7, 5 and 2.5)

Terri's property is large, naturalized and quite private between sites. We were tucked around the side of the pond in a shaded area. Sound of the frogs and the horses was amazing. Property is on the highway so traffic noise was expected but it was hardly noticeable back in the area we set up camp. One of the cleanest outhouses I've used -- and smelled like cedar! There were very few instructions provided both after booking and on-site for where each campsite is but Terri was very responsive and gave us more options than we had originally thought! Overall, met our needs for the weekend while we attended an event in the area.

Campsite is very secluded and has space for plenty of vehicles/activities. Trains run right next to the campsite and are quite loud but are infrequent. Power hookup is two plugs shared between camp 1 & 2 and the toilet is a portaloo but all in all a lovely campsite, would stay again
