Pets welcome. Campfires are permitted within local regulations. This is a short hike-in tent site.It is a 3-minute drive to Crystal beach boat launch, restaurant, ice cream shop,  and bar strip. This site is comfortable for 10 guests and more.

Learn more about this land:Nestled in a red oak forest, or expansive grass meadow, campers can pitch a tent and be off the grid to enjoy wilderness among the visiting deer, turkey and other wildlife.

The campsite is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nestled in a corner of the Niagara Region just beyond Niagara Falls.  Picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake epitomizes old town charm where you can explore the area's several wineries, breweries, distilleries, world-class theatre at the Shaw Festival, and important historical landmarks surrounded by stunning waterfront views. 

Leave your car on-site for the duration of your stay while you rent a bicycle to tour the area, sampling all that this rural small town has to offer.

Campfires are permitted, pets are welcome.

T's Pond

Like most folks who’ve been bitten by the water ski bug, I dreamed of having my own lake and when I met my life partner Harald, an elite slalom skier, my search began in earnest. By a combination of good timing and good luck, I was able to make that dream come true and in the spring of 2014 I acquired this land with the hopes of building my dream water ski lake on it. 7 years later, we have a thriving water ski club and are constantly making improvements to the site. We now have decided to add some sites for rent to share this incredible property with others outside the water ski community.

Site #1 is a small cabin that sleeps 3 and site #2 is a small houseboat that has been converted to a bunkie.  

Onsite activities include use of a canoe and paddleboard. Use of a kid's swingset and olympic trampoline. Swimming and fishing. 

Pets are welcome, campfires are permitted.

Surrounded by mature trees, you'll be camping out back of the property of your hosts, Mark and Joanne. In a quiet and relaxed setting, you will be able to rest and unwind. Firepit and firewood are available. In the heart of Niagara, and in the heart of wine country, it's just minutes to various wineries and wine tours. 

Niagara Falls is about 30 minutes away as well as various trails and parks. Balls Falls and the Bruce Trail are minutes away. Central to 3 small towns, Grimsby, Smithville, and Beamsville, you'll have many restaurants to choose from. Stop in and unwind!

Traveling with others? We have more than one site.

Hidden Peace is an RV only site, meaning for travel trailers (with attached towing vehicle), and motorhomes only.  No cars and tenting.

This beautiful rustic cabin sits on a treed lot with privacy.

The cabin includes a double Murphy bed. A Cot is available for a third person. The cabin also has as a small sitting area, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, and fire pit. Fire wood is available for $ 5.00 a bundle. The washroom facilities include a hot shower and composting toilet within steps of the cabin.

There is a beach and a public park a couple minute walk from the cabin There is  a bike trail 5-minute bike ride from the cabin. We offer the use of  bikes, and kayaks when available and weather permitted. Grocery stores, restaurants, and small shops, are all centrally located within ten minutes from cabin. While you are in town you can watch Lakers and Ocean Boats go through the canal.

Within 15 minute is Ridgeway and Crystal Beach which offers concerts, beaches and activities.

We are centrally located, approximately 25 minutes from Niagara Falls attractions like casino, museums, zip lining, jet boat tours, hiking in the gorge and other major attractions. Horseback riding 17 minutes from the cabin ( Wainfleet).
