Welcome to our charming cabin, built in the summer of 2022 from a simple 12X26 Amish frame. *Important note: Lake Rd is busy and there will be road noise that dies down after 11pm. There is a historic and active railroad line behind the cabin and you will hear the train pass through the day and night. Some people have found it cool or relaxing but others have not. Nestled on its own 4-acre parcel within our family's 12-acre plot, this cozy retreat offers a private driveway and setting for your getaway. New additions this year include a fire ring and porta-potty, adding to the complete experience of your stay. Just a mile down the road, you'll find access to Lake Erie, boasting a small beach and kayak slip. On clear nights, don't miss the opportunity to gaze at the stunning stars above. Your host, Brian, has infused the cabin with photography and treasures from his global journeys, adding a unique touch to your stay. The hosts philosophy is to not bother you at all during your stay unless you have a specific need or concern, so your stay is all yours. The price is kept low to reflect this a campsite rental, not a hosted Airbnb. With that said every effort is made to make things comfy. Property is 10 miles from East Aurora, 30 miles from Buffalo, 25 miles from Batavia Located on a small homestead farm with free range chickens, ducks, cantankerous geese, as well as dwarf goats, honey bees and a blind dog--so please drive slowly. Farm encompasses a mature hardwood forest, large organic vegetable garden, pollinator gardens, plant nursery, fruit and nut trees and shrubs. A diverse population of wild birds visit and nest here, including our summer pond resident green heron. A creek with waterfall runs through the property. Cabin is on the edge of a tree-lined pond. Host will meet with you upon arrival to give overview of land layout. We live and work here, but will respect your privacy and space. We ask that you please do the same, which includes all the living inhabitants here. We are in farm country, so at times there may be tractors, manure spreading, mowing, etc. in nearby fields. Also, the frogs make quite a ruckus on the pond in the evening.

Welcome to Four Willows Regenerative Farm! Ever since we moved onto this beautiful property a few years ago, we dreamed of sharing it with others. It is a truly magical and peaceful setting, and we hope you love it here as much as we do! The property is made up of 48 mostly wooded acres. Our home, vegetable and herb gardens, mini-orchard of various fruit trees, and little farm are situated on the front few acres with the forest and campsites situated behind the barn and pond. We currently have an off-grid luxury tent set up for your use in a small clearing near the front portion of the forest, as well as several spots throughout the forest available if you prefer rustic tent camping with your own set up. We're still growing, and hope to add water and electric one day, but for now we welcome you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy the off-grid experience. We have a communal portapotty set up with a makeshift handwashing station for your use, and you can feel free to bring a generator or rent ours. We are happy to provide tours of the farm where you can meet the animals, or to show you around the forest. There are several easy trails throughout the woods, along which you will find raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms and other things to forage at various times of the year. It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need help with identifying anything. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester are all within about an hour drive as well if you're looking for a central base from which to explore the WNY region.

Experience the charm of yesteryear with our reproduction 1860's canvas tents, situated on a historic family farm. While the farm is no longer operational, the majestic old apple trees are a highlight, boasting beautiful blossoms in spring and emitting a delightful aroma in autumn. Natural springs dot the landscape, creating picturesque creeks and rivulets throughout the property. Conveniently located approximately 45 minutes from Letchworth State Park, 15 minutes from Six Flags Darien Lake Theme Park, and about 20 minutes from Batavia and Warsaw, our farm offers easy access to a variety of attractions. Just 5 minutes away in the Village of Attica, you'll find a large park featuring a walking path, expansive playground, dog park, basketball court, splash pad, and pavilions. Our property features a sprawling open field at the base of a gentle hill, with additional farm fields and acres of woods atop the hill. The campsites are nestled along the edge of a hedgerow and into a wooded walking path, providing shelter from the wind. For your convenience, two port-a-johns are located within walking distance of the tents, and we supply fire pits and firewood. During your stay, you'll likely interact with Stephen, our primary host. Allison may also be available, and you might even receive a surprise visit from Stephen's father, who owns the farmland surrounding the campsites.

My partner and I loved this cute cabin , right next to Lake Erie! It’s a great size, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for the start of our cross country trip back home , including a buddy heater for the cold night. Thank you so much for the extra blankets too! We were perfectly snug. We wish we could have spent another night. We got gluten free pizza at Villaggio Italiano, which is right down the road — it was delicious! Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

We loved our stay. The cabin is perfect. We did not mind being close to the road or the tracks. Everything was very wooded and felt private. close to town and right by the lake. The cabin had a bunch of amenities that were not mentioned such as a gas grill and an indoor cooktop, lanterns, a cooler etc. Very well set up. We will stay again.

We loved our stay at Brian’s cabin. It was a perfect spot for a last minute getaway. We loved the decor and record player - we had a good mix of what was available and brought some of our own to spin too. The spot was between two houses but still felt private and secluded. Our dogs enjoyed themselves aside from some nearby fireworks around dusk, which thankfully didn’t last long. We really enjoyed being able to relax and watch all the birds and butterflies around the meadow during the day and enjoyed the fire at night. It’s conveniently located to the town park/beach and grocery store. The cabin had everything we needed and more. They even left us a little gift to make s’mores. We’ve already recommended to our friends and I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

The cabin is so nice and cozy inside and the record player and albums were amazing.. nothing like the Beatles and Neil Diamond to clear your head. They had everything you need if you didn’t bring anything. Great little getaway and I felt very safe. Take a trip you’ll love it

Words cannot describe how amazing this location is. The hosts went out of their way to make this a welcoming overnight experience. We had wood for the fire, a fun gift bag full of everything we needed for s’mores, a camp chair, camp stove, food just in case, spices, a record player with tons of albums, a very clean porta potty and so much more. The bed was so comfortable and the location perfect for our overnight . Thank you again.

The Amish cabin was such a relaxing, little hidden gem. Well furnished and solar powered! Host was amazing, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Such a short walking distance to grocery, small beach/bay area with gorgeous views of lake Erie. You can adventure on the land and check out some unique sculptures, beautiful pollinator gardens, and sunset views! The deli was recommended by host for a great spot for the Thai chili wings, which were absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay again for a recharge.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s land! The campsite was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sarah was a wonderful host – very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The spot was clean, private, and perfect for tent camping. I had a really lovely stay at The Lake of the Woods. I booked last minute and check in was smooth and easy and the host was very communicative and kind. The cabin is peaceful and secluded enough where I felt I had my privacy. There is noise from the road so if you are looking for total silence, this will likely not work for you. That being said, it did not bother me at all and I am a fairly light sleeper. I felt the noise from the birds and the train to balance everything out and I enjoyed the soundtrack. The cabin has all the necessities (cookware, handheld lanterns, Jackery, porta potty, etc.) and then some. I didn’t get to try the record player but thought that was a really sweet touch. The host left a propane heater since it was fairly cold the night I stayed but with an extra wool blanket I brought, I slept perfectly without it. The bed is also quite comfortable. The host also left a care package. The cabin is a short drive to many Lake Erie beaches and lookouts that I explored on my way back home. The cabin would be a really nice place to settle in after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend The Lake of the Woods to anyone looking for a spacious and peaceful place to relax with just the perfect amount of creature comforts and nature for your stay. My weekend stay at Lake of the Woods Cabin was extremely comfortable and charming thanks to Brian and Destiny’s hospitality. The record player sold me on it in the pictures and the music vibe was just what I needed. I love the sound of a train whistle - there were many trains that went by. The spring peepers lulled me to sleep at night. I sat on the cabin porch, read a book, and listened to the rain and the birds (it rained all weekend). The hosts left a small care package and extra towels for my dogs’ muddy feet and the handwritten note was such a nice gesture. The hosts were extremely accessible and responsive if I needed anything. Nice hiking trails and access to Lake Erie are all close by. It was such an enjoyable weekend that exceeded my expectations!

Super cozy little cabin! Interesting decor, excellent records, comfy bed and very thoughtful accommodating hosts. It was very clean and they had several kitchen utensils and clean grill. Bedding was also provided. The cabin is set far back from the road, but you will hear traffic, it does die down at night. And we loved hearing the trains!
