Two outdoor screened tent areas are available seasonally, one adjacent to the cabin and one located river-side. Guests have access to floating dock on the Black River, canoe and stand-up paddle board to use at guests' own risk. Water level fluctuates and no diving is allowed at any time. My partner and I loved staying in the dome, our dogs had a blast playing with Max and Ruby too, sweetest pups I ever met. It was amazing sleeping under the stars and the moon. It was like camping but a lot better. Mitch was very attentive and made our stay an 11/10. If you forget something civilization is close by so don’t fret. The pond and the land surrounding the dome is breathtaking. If you want to sleep under the stars surrounded by nature add this trip to your bucket list you will not be disappointed !

Such a lovely place to relax and get cozy! The A-Frame is super comfortable and cute, outhouse was clean, shower with heated water was amazing, and hot tub/sauna was definitely a plus! We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an opportunity to connect with nature. Wish we had more time there! Ann and Brian are also lovely hosts.

Wow! We came in mid October to see the autumn colors. What a great experience! First off the hosts are amazing and very helpful. The lodge itself is very comfy, the bed is super clean and comfy as well. There's enough firewood for the whole stay (2 Nights). Oh and our dog loved it as well! The place is around 20 min drive away from any nature hike, and there are plenty in the area. Highly reccomend

When I arrived, I like the fact that the host was very informative. She gave us a tour of the location and a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the cabin. It was really very pretty. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the atmosphere. I would recommend it. Definitely a great place to go away from the city.

We had such a wonderful stay at Viva Vila’s A-frame cabin! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our experience even better. This was our very first camping trip with our dog, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly—we all absolutely loved it. The cabin was cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it felt like the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!
