Absolutely Stunning and Peaceful Escape! 🌲💦 We just returned from an incredible stay at this beautiful campsite and couldn’t be happier. The scenery was breathtaking — especially the waterfalls, which were not only gorgeous but so much fun to explore. There were plenty of well-marked trails that made hiking easy and enjoyable for all skill levels. The host was fantastic — welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing nature getaway!

We stayed for two nights and had a good time. The site was easy to find with Sean’s instructions and was exactly as expected, private enough, peaceful, and easy to settle into. Weekend Trip to Rockingham Creek Valley

We had a very relaxing time staying in the Fallsview site! On one side of the site was the road with some trees in between but very little traffic going by so road noise didn’t bother us. On the other side was a flowing creek separating us from the other campsites. We were the only ones there for most of the time so we sat by the creek often to cool ourselves off. The site was very large so would be great for groups but we just pulled our truck camper up to the platform and had the rest of the space to run around with the dog! The best part of the entire stay was the waterfall…1 minute walk from our site, easy to get to if you’re adventurous. With small pools to dip in if it’s hot out. August was friendly and attentive, definitely worth a visit!

Our stay here was wonderful. The site was decently flat with ample room for our small teardrop camper. The bathroom is a very short walk away, and was really clean and well stocked. We went tent camping at Ray and Melissa’s and it was fantastic!! We got to pet chickens, alpacas, and we learned so much on our alpaca walk. In the evening, we settled in with our campfire and watched hundreds of fireflies dancing on a field of wildflowers. Such a perfect camping spot, I can’t recommend enough!

Weekend Trip to Six Waterfalls

Wasn’t a marker to find the property but a quick call and we were able to find the site no problem. There’s 2 sites on this property, wish I was able to get my camper up the the back site but having the front site was nice and easy to pull in and out since it was a pull through but close to road and back site is more for tents. Lots of dragon flies, wild flowers, berries and trails. We brought water shoes with us due to other reviews and glad we did. Had a lot of fun walking up the creek in the water to check out and cool down in all the falls. We walked all the way up to the pond where there’s a third fire pit area. There’s locals that like to walk through the property to hike the falls but once they realized we were setting up camp they politely and respectfully left. This is a place that I’d like to come back to since we like the area and is nice to have the property to ourselves. Bonus is the public beach 7min drive from site which we enjoyed having to ourselves twice over the weekend.

We had a great weekend camping here. Close to the road but not very busy, and nice to be along the river/a short walk from the falls. The public beach close by is also worth visiting, and it's a beautiful lake. Might be a little hot in the summer months as there's not much in the way of shade, and unfortunately our May stay was during black fly season, but overrall would recommend if the provincial parks are full/you're looking for something a little different!

1 night at Off-Grid Studios

The rock pile landing camping spot was ideal! Easy to access and beautiful woods. Plus we got to see a beautiful sunset over the lake. Sean is very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

1 night at At Home by L’amable Creek

Incredible camping spot. Host was extremely accommodating and receptive to requests. Property is beautiful and within great nature. I used a tent and had very flat ground to camp on. Couldn’t recommend more!
