This is also an ideal space to relax and work remotely, as it has an independent antenna to provide internet access to the entire unit and all the electronic equipment you need. I will ensure the unit is delivered to you with all its accessories in working order so you won't have any problems. I always suggest guests ask any necessary questions so they can use it without any issues. On the day of arrival, you will receive another message to refresh your knowledge of how to use the campervan. Close to the beach and sand, the city offers activities nearby so you won't have to go far to enjoy them. This spot stands out as my favorite of all the Hipcamp sites I’ve stayed at upstate. The location is essentially perfect... peaceful, beautiful, and easy to get to. I come here every year with my son, it’s become a tradition for us. Stephen, the host, is always a pleasure, communicative, kind, and genuinely cares about the experience. The inside of the tent is well maintained, and the stream that runs right in front adds such a magical touch. I highly recommend this place, just don’t book it in early October, because that’s when We like to come!

The kids loved visiting the cows in the morning and I especially loved the peace and quiet by the fire with my morning coffee:) We had to check out early due to dangerous wind conditions but hope to return. Loved staying here! The view is amazing, and the outdoor patio area has a sofa and outdoor fire pit, which was so cozy on a cool fall night. We used the canoe on the river - loved that Gina has kayaks and a canoe for guests to use (and life vests). Inside the apartment was so clean and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Gina left us a basket of snacks and fruit, coffee and a vase of beautiful fresh flowers welcomed us when we arrived. Gina was great to communicate with and answered all my questions. She lives upstairs, but we felt like we had the place the ourselves. I would highly recommend staying here. Also check out Arrowhead Acres bakery, winery and farm - just 12 minutes from the property. Delicious food and wine. Had dinner at a Peruvian restaurant in Norwich called Canggio Restaurant. Such great food!! Thanks Gina! We would love to come back!

My husband and I loved staying at Treehouse!! If you are looking for a magical place in nature, look no further! The Treehouse is a very private and tranquil spot in the woods that is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city life. The hammock was by far our favorite spot to relax in and gaze up to the sky. We had perfect weather for hiking and the trails are well marked and maintained. We even got to see a deer while out on the trails! Nighttime is meant for fires and the fire pit area with tiki torches is beautiful and relaxing. We came back home recharged and refreshed. Bert and Nancy are incredible hosts with the most positive energy! They thought of every little detail and Bert was very attentive just in case we needed anything, but not intrusive. I am pretty sure we over packed lol Can’t wait to book our next stay!

We had an amazing time at this campsite! Check-in was super easy, and the location is very secluded — it honestly felt like we were the only ones there, which made it extra peaceful. The site came stocked with firewood, a lighter, and even some cooking supplies, which was such a nice touch. With the cold season upon us, the RV has built-in heating, and I've also added an electric heater to keep you warm during your stay. It has its own control panel and thermostat. When you're going to use the shower, I suggest turning on the water heater 25 minutes beforehand so you can enjoy a lovely shower. But don't forget to turn it off after you're finished, as it will stay on unnecessarily. It's also important to know that when you use the toilet, only use toilet paper, as it's specially designed for this type of RV and won't cause blockages. Smoking is prohibited inside this property; if smoke is found, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. This is also an ideal space to relax and work remotely, as it has an independent antenna to provide internet access to the entire unit and all the electronic equipment you need. I will ensure the unit is delivered to you with all its accessories in working order so you won't have any problems. I always suggest guests ask any necessary questions so they can use it without any issues. On the day of arrival, you will receive another message to refresh your knowledge of how to use the campervan. Close to the beach and sand, the city offers activities nearby so you won't have to go far to enjoy them. This campervan has all the qualities of a house, with the only difference being that you're on wheels—something truly delightful. I have two bicycles so you can take a ride along the bike path on the beach and enjoy the majestic scenery. A different way to have fun and experience something new. It has a full size bed, cabinet and table with chairs. It sits next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, small waterfall, marsh and 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails. There is a fire pit and outdoor dining area next to the octagon. We also have a propane outdoor grill and propane two burner camp stove. Out house with composting toilet close to octagon is heated.
