Authentic Mongolian Yurt is nestled in a heart of beautiful pine forest on the North Shore between Tatamagouche and Malagash. You can enjoy near by beaches, boating, kayaking, biking, vineyard, brewery and local markets. 
The Yurt sits on an elevated deck for you to enjoy the views of a forest. 
It is equipped with a double bed and traditional Mongolian single bed. Bedding is also provided.
There is a BBQ available and an outdoor fire pit. 
Gravity fed outdoor shower and toilets are located next to the Yurt. We ask that you only use natural soaps.

This working farm has been enjoyed for generations of local  families. Stay off-the-grid in a cozy, rustic cabin retreat. The historic barns, deep swimming pond, sugar house, and stunning woods with trails that have 2 disc golf baskets all provide ample space, entertainment and privacy for a quiet and relaxing retreat.

Come join us at the Gaylin Farms – home to four friendly goats, Newfoundland ponies, Chanticler chickens, two dogs and a cat. Stay at our completely private cabin (sleeps 3 comfortably, sleeping mats/air mattresses NOT provided) isolated within the centre of a gorgeous 25-acre forest with a private groomed c. 1.5 km walking/biking trail. The cabin is a 5-minute walk from the Trans Canada RailTrail which grants easy access for longer bike rides, runs, hikes, and four-wheeler adventures. You’ll walk through a horse pasture and a cow pasture on your way to the cabin. There is a large farm pond (10ft deep) on the property for swimming.  Enjoy access to locally-sourced food, firewood (at a small fee), drinking water, a private firepit, small wood stove and our old-fashioned wood-fired cook stove. There is no electricity or running water (but we provide ample drinking water) and there can be access to a charger box so you may charge your devices or have a light at night. Bring your pets and enjoy a private retreat. The max capacity of the cabin is three people. An outhouse with double-duty bag and second luggable loo are available for all guests. Minimum stay: 2 nights. 

NEW ADDITION: A new room, a small annex, has been constructed to allow for downstairs sleeping and writing area. It is fully insulated with a wood stove so this area may be used year round.  The annex gives one a deeper feeling of being a part of the woods.

On the property is a cabana with seating, but also a small kayak for paddling around a pond. 

The newest addition to the cabin is a sunroom featuring a wood stove for cooking or chilly evenings and a couch for lounging.

The cabin is well equipped with flashlights for when the sun goes down and enough space to assemble meals.

Loft is big enough for a twin bed or queen size air mattress with a large window overlooking the yard. At night you can hear coyotes and owls.

506 SXS ATV Camp Site

This site is meant for atv , sxs , bicyclers and hikers looking for a place to camp directly off trail. It's a small very private site with 1 tent platform and no services  . Please stay within the marked boundary 

There is a private area cleared out directly off the trans Canada trail with a 12x12 wooden platform . NO VEICHLE ACCESS. ONLY accessible to the site by ATV, SXS, bicycle, or hiking . Room to park 2 SXS in the site . Platform has tie downs on all 4 corners , do not peg or nail tent to platform.

No bathroom on site, please don't leave behind your business. 

Small camp fires are allowed in the fire pit as long as there is no provincial burn ban . Feel free to forage any downed sticks and branches within the site . 

Please do not leave behind garbage and waste ,try to leave it the same or better than you found it .

This site is located in the woods so be aware of animals , bugs , and such . 

Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items please use caution when leaving camp

Acadian Coastal Campground

We are OPEN despite the current issues. No fires are allowed due to provincial bans. Enjoy the quiet skyline and maybe even catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. Our grass lots are backed with lush Appalachian forest and leads way to a slow brook where you can wade with the tide or try your hand at fishing or simply sit by the fire and enjoy the solitude. Check in is self guided as there is no host on site but you'll find it simple as all sites, as well as the toilet area is well marked with signage. This doesn’t mean we aren’t here to help, you can reach us 24/7 via text.

We are Located just off the Acadian Coastal Drive and minutes from the beautiful Fundy shore. You can bring your tent, RV, van or camper and choose from 4 fantastic sites.  1-30 amp service, 2

roadside non-serviced as well as one privative forested site and 3 tent sites. All sites are equipped with a fire pit and access to our outhouse restroom. Wood is available for purchase if you didn’t bring your own! We are currently fencing in the entire property to make it a dog/cat and livestock safe area so pets can enjoy a safer experience . This will be done in stages so hang tight with us until this is completed.

You can also explore New Brunswick with a drive on Acadian Coastal Drive ·Appalachian Range Route · Fundy Coastal Drive · Miramichi River Route  or Fundy Coastal Drive Stop by and visit Murray Corner Provincial park for a swim and watch the tide roll out.

 Looking to see multiple provinces?? We are in the perfect spot to see all of what the East coast has to offer. View PEI’s spectacular Confederation Bridge from the shoreline and take a drive to PEI which  is only minutes from us. Mainland Nova Scotia is less than a 30 minute drive and if your adventurous and want to drive the Cabot Trail then you can reach Cape Breton Island in under 2 hours! Catch a Ferry to Newfoundland if your heart desires.

There is no potable water on site however, we do have an out building with compostable toilet, shower/change area. Free Showers and potable water available at Murray provincial park during peak season.

Small half bath with a flushable camper toilet. Needs water in the winter to flush.

After a short less than 5 minute walk, check out the sunset view out the back patio door, birds and squirrels chirping galore.  Relax, have a campfire, dip your feet in the nearby brook and enjoy nature in this cozy and comfortable space. Explore acres of wooded area or visit some farm animals (chickens, turkeys, emus and sometimes cows)
