Learn more about this land:Small farm on 40 acres of land, water-view of the Otnobog lake, pond and the St John river just behind it. Access to fresh eggs and self-serve spring water daily. Mostly wooded acreage, lots of hiking throughout the property and local area. With an abundance of wildlife.

- 10 minutes to the Village of Gagetown - weekly markets on Sunday, marina, boat launch with free parking and ferry to Jempseg
- 30 minutes to Oromocto & 45 minutes to Fredericton 
- 2 minutes to the Queenstown Warf where you can fish, swim, put in a boat or canoe 
- 10 minutes to Mooney's Falls - 0.8km out and back located in Hampstead. Easy level
- 15 minutes to the Evandale Ferry and Resort where you can enjoy some swimming, eating, drinking, and hiking

Camping is flexible, access to fields or woods for more private camping. Spring water is accessed at the front of property.

Family owned since the late 1800’s. This farm sat dormant for many years after the old farm house was torn down. Today it’s being revived to its previous glory as a offgrid adventure farm! We offer the annual sunflower festival, camping, farm stand, highland cattle and lots of outdoor activities like trout fishing, hiking, camping, atv, snowmobile trails and more!  Located close to Mactaquac Provincial Park, Scorch Lake and a Waterfall.Learn more about this land:260+ acres of wildlife, hiking trails, ATV and camping. Enjoy horses, highland cattle, chickens and farm stand. Close to provincial park, scotch lake and waterfalls. 

Lake George Getaway

We are happy to share our property with Hipcampers and look forward to hosting you! 

Two sites available (one with shed & one open area to camp). There is cell reception at the site. Pit toilet available. Pets permitted on-leash. This is a large vacant lot on a rural road with neighbours on both sides.

There is a trail starting on the right property line (looking AWAY from the road) you are welcome to explore about 1km back into the woods. We encourage you to Hike to Waterloo Lake (about 2km), there are nearby waterfalls and trails, Lake George is close by (day-use fee), as well as Harvey Lake (free park, swimming + boat launch). While in the area we also suggest you check out the historic Kings Landing!

Harvey Station and Frederiction are nearby for all your camping essentials.

You are welcome to burn any dead branches or trees

Wide open spaces or forest wait your camping experience.

Campsite - farm stay

A parking pad has been cleared for an RV, camper trailer, or tents.  

PLEASE NOTE: No bathrooms, No electrical hookup, and No water. Your stay will need to be completely self-sufficient.  The parking pad sits in a beautiful field along a walking trail with road access. 

Please contact us for complimentary farm visits, including goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and beehives. The orchard is seasonally available for pears and apples.  There are 3 waterfalls and a provincial park within a 10min drive.

Located in Queensbury, 35 minutes from downtown Fredericton.

The property is just a few minutes drive to a provincial park, three popular swimming hole waterfall and hiking areas, and near both quad and snowmobile trails.

Welcome to our hay field and small forest - the perfect place for a private, rustic camping experience. 

You will need to bring your own water. There is no toilet on site, so please plan accordingly.

The property is minutes from provincial parks and swimming hole waterfalls.

In spring, there are two fields of dandelions.

Dream Seed Farm

My dream has always been to have a farm to share all the beautiful abundance of life and lots of space to play. Since 2008, I have worked in my home studio sewing Hanging HUGS custom luxury hammocks and shipping them around the world to make the world a cozy place. HUGS have also funded my world travels and humanitarian projects, teaching many people how to make hammocks. You too can learn to sew your own HUG and enjoy it here. 

An expedition sea kayaker and expert rock climber with more than 20 years experience giving clients a unique look at our province, it's my pleasure to introduce you to my favourite spots. Our sailboat is spacious, comfortable and fun... ready when you are. 

This farm is a school of life. I am happy to share what I have learned about growing food, and my wife is an amazing cook who can teach how to make Korean food. Lots to do to fill a week, or just kick back in a hammock for a day by the pond, writing journal to reflect, soaking in the peaceful feelings.

1800's homestead near Jemseg River where our sailboat is moored. Gardens are abundant, kayaking is beautiful, fishing is good, and swimming is great!  Welcome home!

Not much has changed here since the 1800's. Feel the homesteading experience. 

We have six sea kayaks to rent out... and the river is alive with birds, beavers and muskrats that are fun to observe. 

Waterfalls at our Hammockland, 45 minutes south of the farm. 

Just around the corner from Grand Lake, our boat "Seas the Day" is perfectly positioned to host a cruise(added fee) in addition to using the sailboat as a cabin for the night. 

We love a good bonfire and have plenty wood to burn. 

The pond is full of wildlife, home to turtles, ducks, herons, and sometimes beavers. 

Lots of room for tents in a grassy feild always mowed.
