This primitive site is on a 7-mile long island, with two nature preserves, an abundance of flora, and no vehicles, no people, just peace. For the purist. You will need your own watercraft to access the site or someone to transport and pick you up at the end of your camping trip. A 1 kilometre hike is also necessary to get to the site. The site is located on Long Island near Saint John, New Brunswick. Long Island in the Kennebecasis River was once a thriving farming settlement.
