One acre, unique gothic arch house with various small out-buildings, lots of grass, aspen stands, wild roses, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, backs onto greenbelt where horses graze, deer roam, four friendly cats reside, three dogs dwell, multiple chickens do their chickeny things... It feels like being out in the country yet is only 4 minutes to a small grocery/liquor store.
Bring some firewood and/or pallets and use the bonfire pit (as long as there is no local fire ban in effect).
Unfortunately, we do not yet have an outhouse so we can only accommodate campers who have their own toilet facilities onboard. The nearest public toilets are a four-minute drive away and are open till 9:00, and there are 24-hour bathrooms about ten minutes away.
We are a quiet, friendly family who will respect your privacy, but we welcome any questions you may have and we are happy to greet you!

This was a perfect stay! Kyle and his wife were so friendly and helpful, and the location was super peaceful. All of the animals were so sweet and friendly as well. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second time at Dean’s property and it was just as peaceful and relaxing as the first. This property has river front views and only the peaceful sounds of the birds and the river.
