Fluffy Bunny Farms is a private 6-acre property located only 15 minutes from downtown Kelowna! It’s the perfect place to camp near Bear Creek Provincial Park and Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park.
We have 3 private campsites with stunning mountain views perfect for a small trailer, or self-contained camper van/tent.
Guests can enjoy biking, fishing, hiking and wildlife watching all nearby. We also have a white sand volleyball court to relax and enjoy some friendly competition with your camping partner at the end of your day.
Please note that there are no amenities available at the campsite. Campers will need to have a self-contained vehicle and leave no trace. We are dog friendly and request that dogs remain under their owner's control at all times and on leash.
We do not allow campfires as our home burned down last year in the McDougal Creek fire as well as a lot of the neighbourhood so we don’t allow any fires or smoking cigarettes on the property.
We will be building our new home during the summer but the build is a bit away from where the sites are so it shouldn’t be an issue. But this is forwarded as we know that this is a priority for us as so we won’t stop building even if we have campers, so we just want everyone to know this in advance!
We can’t wait to host you and if you have any questions before booking, just ask!

Jan and Ryan were such great hosts :). I’m super glad I picked this spot, they even let me have the bigger site than what I booked as I was the only one there. The views were gorgeous, I even saw the stars :).
The day I was leaving my car wouldn’t start and Jan was so generous to search all over for his jumper cables even while he was in the middle of moving.. so kind!!!
Will definitely go back :).

This was a perfect place to unplug and relax. Although there’s no service the wifi works enough to send texts. The lake was only a 3 minute walk and was so quiet. The outhouse was clean and everything was exactly the way it was described. Would definitely come back.

We were only here for one night and got in late. We wish we had two nights, the spot was so lovely and the lake was really pretty. Cooled down at night. Jan was really nice and welcoming!

Idabel was beautiful. Our campsite was excellent, clean and had room for all of us. There was a nice view and a very short walk down to the water. Also, the outhouse was very clean and well-maintained.

The Hollow site in Idabel was outstanding. My family and I loved this camp site and we would definitely come back. We spent 4 nights here and had a great experience. Jan provided us with great info for the surrounding area and for activities. We had the chance to hike to Eagle Point trail where we experienced a beautiful secluded spot for swimming. I was also able to take my teenage boys to an area on Idabel lake where we got a chance to Cliff jump into the lake. Absolutely loved this place. Thanks again to Jan.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Hollow Site. Hosts directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow. They were also very friendly and kind, and respectful of our space.
They kindly gave us information on hiking trails immedietly when requested! Was also so nice to have firewood provided. The site is super spacious, very close to the water, and their outhouse was immaculately clean for an outhouse. Would definitely stay again!!

What a wonderful experience camping at Jan and Ryan's property! They were incredibly responsive providing very clear directions, having the site stocked with wood and water and were available for questions or concerns but also very respectful of space. They were very accomadting about some challenges at the border and the location is absolutely perfect! Would 100%stay again!
