While camping in the Kootenay's I found this oasis and bought it. I have raised a family living totally off the grid since and love it. The water here is so clean and and the air is so fresh is why I stay. The night sky is so hard to explain it has to be seen to believe. Come check it out and you will agree. Learn more about this land: Enjoy camping on our 25-acre property just outside of Cranbrook, BC! We have multiple spots to choose from. You can camp beside the creek, in an open field, or up high with beautiful views of the valley. It all depends on your preferences and the privacy that you desire. We welcome tent and RV campers. If you're bringing an RV, there are sites that do not require levelling and we can accommodate vehicles up to 75ft in length. Bring your animals - there are a lot of great spaces for them to play! Our yard is equipped for horseback riding with a horse ring and stable. The property is a great step-off point for ATV, dirt bikes, horseback and hiking adventures. Potable water, toilet, picnic table, wifi and showers are available. Pets welcome, campfires permitted. We are a 15-20 minute drive to Cranbrook. There are 4 sites but when we arrived there were no other campers which made our trip more adventurous We stayed at site #1, the bed is comfy and the view early morning is breathtaking Please take the woods bundle pack from Corey. It will be cheaper for you and you can use as much as you can

This was so lovely! The tents are clean and tidy, and very cozy and warm. The bed and bedding were toasty and comfy. The land was beautiful and the small creek was so refreshing. The outhouse was very tidy and nicely organized, but a bit smellier: it was right after a long weekend, so no surprises after lots of use! It can be a bit tricky to find in the dark and there’s no GPS, so be sure to read the detailed directions very closely BEFORE you lose service, unlike me 😅 Overall, a lovely little getaway space, peaceful and remote, but close to town for needs, and just a quick drive to Waterton. I also found the host very helpful and responsive which ruled :)

Serene spot with a nice trickling stream going through the back portion providing a beautiful ambience at all times without being too loud. The cabin is cozy and protects well from the elements. The outdoor camp kitchen counter/sink is a nice touch. The shower gets hot on sunny days, as its solar powered. Works great. Ideal for couples or single child family.

Stopped for a very quick night at Thistle Dew on our way through. Easy to find. Nice level land to park and set up. Holly provided lovely burning wood for our camp fire. Close to road but not every active.
