The tent was a good size (for the 2 people it was booked for), the projector was top quality and a really good addition. Ended up watching a film and some tv to fall asleep to, which was great.
The tent and bed were clean, and the utensils were sufficient for our short (3 day) stay.
As someone who doesn't camp often, I was impressed with how inoffensive the smell of a composting toilet was.
Only slight issue is that the water in the hot tub was a bit green, but appreciate that this may be caused by the water supply!
Overall a great stay, and if im back in West Canada, id definitely stay again

This was a highlight of our trip to Canada. The views are simply stunning, the outdoor shower with a view was gorgeous, the portable toilet was clean and the supplied cookware was everything we needed. We had 2 nights and wished we’d stayed longer. The host was also very helpful and responsive to messages. Highly recommend.

The tent was cute, beds were comfy, and the location was wonderful- very quiet with a mountain view. The wifi worked great (I had to complete job interviews while travelling, and was able to do this online quite easily at the Hipcamp location). I shared a campfire with another friendly guest while I was there, and coffee was available/provided onsite. Thanks for the great stay, Leigh!

Had the best Hipcamp experience ever at this spot, everything was perfect. First - I didn’t talk to a single person my entire stay! Just pulled right on in and set up camp. The toilets are compost toilets but that is really the only negative I have. The hot tub and shower were awesome. Hot water ready and felt so relaxing in the 40 degree Fahrenheit weather. The projector in the tent was amazing, watched some of my favorite comfort movies to fall asleep to. So peaceful 100/10

We really enjoyed our stay on site 1! The mountain views were incredible in the tent, on the deck and from the shower!!. We found it right away with the directions on the Hipcamp site from the reservation info. We had everything we needed. Genevieve also reached out to make sure we made it safely and to ask if we had everything we needed and if we had any questions she would happily help! Definitely a great place to stay! Will definitely be back in the future!

We had a great stay at Genevieve’s. The view is beautiful and the set up worked really well with the tent, grill and awesome shower/kitchen/cooking space. It also might be one of the best views from any shower. Genevieve and her family were so welcoming, offering great recommendations and helped troubleshoot anything that came up. We had a storm come in and they were really responsive and checked in on us to make sure all was okay. We really appreciated the care and attention they put into everything. It was also absolutely spotless and a perfect cozy place to restore after long hiking days. The location was a great jump off point to explore both Yoho and Banff National Parks. Highly recommend.
