Highly recommend to anyone wanting a safe, relaxing, family & pet friendly atmosphere.
We absolutely loved our stay. Mike & Stephany are courteous, attentive hosts who seem genuinely eager to ensure their guests are right at home. The “barn” offers everything one might need for an extended stay and is a great place to hang out in the evenings for family game night.
The property itself is very well kept; the sites are private, the grounds are clean and safe for kids to roam. The large, communal fire pit was kept ‘ready’ for s’mores at all times. Our kids also enjoyed playing on the swing set near the barn. The beds in the bunkhouse are very comfortable; quality bed linens and excellent, comfy memory foam (new condition) mattresses on all beds. Potable drinking water is a great bonus for those trying to travel light. We usually travel with our own water filter so the great tasting drinking water was a nice surprise!

We had a great night. It was short but GREAT! Everything was awesome. I love how intentional Mike and Stephany have been in designing their property. It had everything and more! I enjoyed the coffee, flush toilet, and common area. Boys enjoyed basketball, and metal detecting. The location is close to town. THANKS!

Staying at Mike and Stephany's small campground was wonderful! Our rig fit perfectly into the camping spot, and the scenery around us was idyllic and serene. We loved to hang out with our dogs outside at the picnic table among the trees. The land was well-kempt, and the facilities were nicely maintenanced.
Having the lower part of the barn available to us as a public space was also an unexpected treat. We were able to take hot showers in a private bathroom, use the dishwasher, wash clothes (if needed), and take advantage of their kitchen area. While we didn't get to play any, there were also a variety of games available too.
Mike was very kind, generous, and talkative. When the shower was out of hot water, he made sure to take care of the issue immediately (even at 9pm) to ensure we had hot water.
Meeting all the animals was also fantastic! Their dogs and cats were friendly and adorable. Even the chickens were fun to see.
I would definitely recommend staying with Mike and Stephany's to anyone who is in the area, and we'd be happy to return!

We had a relaxing one night stay at one of the RV/Tent spots at Carsners Tree Farm. Mike was very helpful getting us to our site. The barn has lots of amenities for those in need. I would recommend this Hipcamp.

I was even gifted quail eggs because I can't eat chicken eggs. We loved the cabin so much. And met great other folks as well.

Quaint, peaceful, and thoughtfully equipped, this stay exceeded expectations. Mike was fantastic to connect with, his wife was just as warm, and they graciously welcomed our dogs to roam freely. Between the barn-top rental, cozy cabin, and camp spots, it’s a special place we’ll absolutely return to.

Welcoming farm and staff, comfortable space. We enjoyed our weekend away from the city and had a lovely quite time.
There are a lot of animal pelts and mounted, in case that matters to you.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for! We loved the farm kitty Kiki and the amenities! The hosts were very helpful and we were able to get lots of road life “chores” done while relaxing in the trees.

We spent three days at Mike and Stephany’s properly. It was amazing! The community barn was very clean and inviting. The bathroom and shower were clean as well. We’ll be back if we’re ever in the area.

I had a great stay. I was there for a heat wave (for Oregon) and they made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The accommodations we so enjoyable. It was very obvious that the Carsners cared about their property and their guests. Thank you for sharing your place with me.

This was a gem of a campground for our family. My 5 & 7 year olds said it was the best place they’ve ever camped. They were able to wander around, explore the barn, swing on the swing set, check out the chickens, and their favorite - hang with the cat! Stephany and Mike have this place dialed, they had everything we could have ever needed. Including an ice maker! Highly recommend this spot.

This was an absolutely beautiful cabin. It met all our expectations and more. Spent 3 nights here with my wife and son and it was awesome! Mike and Stephany were the best hosts. They made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again. Their cat Kiki was awesome we miss him. The amenities they offer are awesome.

Amazing property! The camp sites were nice with picnic tables. Common area had everything, with a bathroom, shower, fridge and laundry. The property is in a beautiful location. My 2wd vanagon had a little gravel churn (sorry) when pulling into my spot, but a
Little momentum made it work. Great hosts and we will be back. The small town is such a gem, and every person we encountered was so friendly. Great coffee shops and restaurants.

Our stay at The Bunkhouse was awesome. Mike and Stephany were great hosts and I got to go home with fresh eggs from their hens! Beds were comfy and the place was quiet. Got a great recommendation from Stephany for a place to spend the day on the water. Great trip overall!

Camping here was awesome! The tent spots are dope because they have shade from trees, which really helps. The dogs and cats here are friendly, and the amenities (such as shower and kitchen) being in the community barn is convenient. The people who we met on this trip were very nice and added to the experience. Communication with the host was a breeze, and getting in and out was also easy.
