If you love the privacy of camping but can't stand the summer heat, this place is perfect for you. It is on the cutest little river, kayaks supplied, with a brand new beautiful deck. The site itself is completely private and the RV was so nice! Tori was quick to reply to my messages. It was a wonderful stay. We will back!

Deck Over Golden Waters!
We took our a-liner ranger 12 and made it in and out no problem. The roof of the site was just tall enough to accommodate our a-frame camper. We had a wonderful time, the river was cool and refreshing, great for just floating around in. Maybe just over 3ft deep at the deepest.

Tori's property was amazing. I was able to pull my 22' Travel Trailer down her newly gravel road with ease right down to her riverfront site (thats about the max I'd try to get down there. She's in process of adding a wood deck overlooking river. Can't wait to see finished product.
Only downfall were neighboring dogs... they would come visit site (which was ok as there were friendly & quiet). However, there was some night time barking off in the distance could easily be heard from site.
Tori's communication was outstanding. & offering to help get in/out and even having a friend stop by for assistance if needed was reassuring.
I'd definitely make.this a stop for some R & R if stopping thru the W Georgia /E Alabama corridor. Thanks Tori!!!

The site was large and very well kept. The fire pit and seating room around it was a great size for a larger group. The poles with the swinging bench were perfect for hammocks and it was nice that we were able to bring our dogs!

This is are 4th time saying here is a winderful place good fishing kids swam up and down creek have a great weekend don't try to take a car down the drive better take a truck but is well worth it

Tallapoosa Camper River Hideaway
We had a really nice time camping on the river. It was peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we came for. We caught some fish, hiked the trails and gathered around the campfire each night. We even had a pleasant surprise visit from the neighbor's dogs. They were super sweet and friendly, and my boys loved all over them. Tori and Daniel were both very helpful with our needs and are great hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot!

We loved camping at Tori’s river getaway. The directions to the campsite were straight forward and when we arrived we were able to setup our tents right next to the river. The site was very nice but muddy near the dock so be careful when walking as you can slip. It was very quiet and dark and we enjoyed our peaceful weekend getaway under the stars. We were able to catch two fish late in the evening. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderfully peaceful camping trip here ! Caught fish, hiked to the old bridge, and made memories around the fire pit. Would definitely camp here again we like private camping the best !

Nice, secluded spot in the woods by a river. If you stay here after it's rained, be careful of the mud. Our vehicle would have gotten stuck if we had not had chains.

It was private and our dog could be unleashed through out our stay. We brought our golf cart and rode around the property and the nearby gravel roads. Ha fun and will return again when it's warmer weather.

Overall the campsite was great - lots of briars in the area and nearby neighbors shot guns for several hours Saturday (which scared the dogs tremendously). The proximity to the dock and having the privacy was worth it! Even caught a fish. I would definitely recommend the site and would consider visiting again!

This was a great boondocking site for our 17ft Casita travel trailer. We recommend arriving during daylight hours since it gets pretty dark out there. There are some low hanging limbs that could cause trouble for larger RVs, but we pushed right through.
The rugged but beautiful campsite is situated along a muddy river, with a little dock, fire ring, and plenty of sticks to burn. Secluded, quiet, and private. We would love to stay here again.
