Such a good little spot! So close to Perth, the bottom paddock was perfect- nestled among the trees. As others have mentioned it is on a bit of an incline but there is a patch in the middle which is fairly flat. We had a great time and will be back again.

Loved having the space to ourselves and our friends. East to get to from Perth after work in a Friday evening. Met by camp hosts who are super friendly and welcoming. Need to bring trailer levellers but loved our stay

Lovely solitary spot with great forest views for some quiet time. Slight slope but not enough to be unpleasant. Plenty of wildlife around too, and lovely hosts who came down for a chat without being imposing at all. Great city getaway.

We had a great time with Carol and John. It's so close to the amenities of Mundaring yet you feel like you're miles away from anywhere.
Was a bit dry as we went at the end of summer but would be nice to return when it's a bit greener.

Carol was really lovely, and the site was perfect. Nestled among the trees, surrounded by birds and greenery. It was a very quiet area, but not too far from the main highway. It was nice and close to some great places for fun: off-reading on the powerlines track, or swimming at Lake Leschnaultia. We enjoyed our stay and loved the site.

We stayed here for 3 nights.
After setting up we were greeted by very friendly hosts Carol and John with their 2 small dogs.
Although we had 4wd and camper trailer, the site can be easily accessed by 2wd.
The site slopes down to the north with plenty of open space for solar panels.
Tap water is available, and to our surprise dry fire wood, kindling, firelighters and matches! was also available!
Minimal to no road noise could be heard overnight. Our stay was quite and relaxing, and we will defiantly return 😊

Carol and John were lovely hosts. Their communication was helpful and they even greeted us so make sure everything was okay for our stay. Very lovely! Site was grassy/weedy due to the winter rains which gave the tent a nice soft set up. I imagine it would be a bit more dry in summer. Site is a bit of a slope but we managed just fine behind one of the trees on a flat spot. Would stay again.

We did an overnight stay at Halls Hollow and were greeted by our very lovely hosts John and Carol and their two adorable dogs.
Location was easy to find and very close to Perth making it a very good option for a weekend getaway! We brought a small caravan and this had to be levelled due to a slight slope. There was a designated area to set up a camp fire and we were happy to have the whole area to ourselves.
Suits a self contained set-up. Location was fairly close to the main road but still a very pretty area to set up camp with trees in the background. Would definitely be back!
