Seaside Escape is a simple quiet property perfect for those wanting a place to park only 5 minutes drive to the beach and nestled amongst a beautiful country feel. Our family lovingly restore 1970s kombi's for people to self drive + camp in around Victoria and beyond so you get to experience a little nostalgia around your camp site. It is a colourful yet peaceful property with a gorgeous energy you will feel immediately safe and at home on your stay. There are 3 main areas we feel is perfect for a secluded site however feel free to ask us if you have any specific requirements.

This colourful kombi farm is only 5km from beautiful beaches on the Bellarine Peninsula offering a unique experience close to attractions but set in a relaxing environment on a 5 acre property. Limited spaces are available set amongst gumtrees and 1970s vintage kombi's and beetles. Close to the Bellarine Rail Trail you can walk or ride to Queenscliff or Geelong and across the road are wineries. You may get a visit from resident chickens or a sheep.

Lovely place, lovely people. Great to be camping among the collection of vintage kombis. Super accommodating hosts. Laid back vibe. Convenient location on the Bellarine. Looking forward to coming back!

We had an issue finding it with no actual address. Eventually got there with assistance from Alyce. Maybe a marker of some sort on the correct entry gate. Okay spot for a night or two if you’re venturing out to check out the coast. Bigger sites for our van closer to road. But not too much of an issue. Thanks for your hospitality.

What a cool and quirky place! Loads of rusty VW beetles, campers and other vehicles. Quiet, peaceful and serene. A perfect stay!

The site is cool with the Kombis around, but is just the open paddock backyard of a house. There was no further directions or sign as was written in the instructions and we had to pull up at the residence and ask, but the host was fine when we did. Okay for a quick stay, not sure it was worth $50 for one night but good to be close to Ocean Grove.

Beautiful little space with some very cool cars. Their kelpie was so sweet, very keen for pats but shy/timid around our leashed pups. Alyce was kind enough to check in on our second day to make sure we were ok. Would stay again.

Kombi and Beetle graveyard

Camping here was unique. It was a bit tricky to find but we got there. It's very laid back and you are surrounded by once loved kombis and beetles. It is noisy as it's close to the road. Nighttime is quieter.

Good vibes
We enjoyed a very peaceful stay during the busy new year period. Kids were well entertained by the nature around us and playground. George and Alyce were very welcoming. Highly recommend this stay.

Great people and a beautiful camping area between tall trees. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our time. Would recommend!

The Kombi Farm
Hosts were absolutely wonderful, very nice and accomodating. The site is beautiful amongst tall trees and old kombi’s. Would come back for sure
