Sunset Villas Cobram offers tranquil accommodation on a rural Victorian property. Only minutes from the mighty Murray River, where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating activities. Inviting you to relax and re-energize, there are 4 Villas, each with a private garden outlook. Each villa has a verandah overlooking either a garden or a sunset view. The villas have a basic kitchen with cooking facilities, a coffee machine, and a microwave. The open living area includes a lounge and dining. Villas 3 and 4 are pet-friendly. Included are quality linen and bathroom essentials. The open-plan living area has split-system cooling and heating throughout. The lounge folds out to a sofa bed and we can also add a roll-a-way bed to accommodate up to 5 people. Sunset Villas is an ideal location for a family get-together or reunion with the accommodation, grounds, and BBQ area. Private parking is available on-site.

With Cactus Country just up the road and close access to the Mighty Murray river, you will find plenty to do or just come to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Close enough to town to cater to all your needs, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of rural living. Large entertaining and private BBQ area on site. Our property is set on 20 acres of farmland with sheep and cattle grazing in the paddocks nearby. You have your own privacy, but we are just up the road and available to assist you, if needed, to make your stay a memorable one. You have your own driveway and separate access to your Villa. Parking is secure and well off the road with ample space to roam. Our property is ideal for a digital detox and escape to nature. We have an abundance of bird life and really want to express our delight in people referring to our property as a rural retreat. We also have cattle in the paddocks next door. You will really get a feel for living in the country.

This villa is a self-contained cottage with a balcony overlooking its own private garden. Close access to Cactus Country and the Murray River (fishing, swimming beach, boating) and golf courses. Only 4 km from Cobram. Fully self-contained cottage with close access to the Murray River. A rural property with a large outdoor area and private garden for each of the 4 cottages on the property. Situated at Sunset Villas and only 4 km to Thompson's beach and the town center. Enter the property Sunset Villas Cobram from 4072 Murray Valley Highway and follow the long driveway past the front of our house. You will see the villas ahead. The key will be in the door. Plenty of parking with walking tracks and natural garden areas. We have sheep, cattle, and free-range chickens on the property.

R&R Retreat is one of four cabins at Sunset Villas Cobram 4 km. A fully self-contained one-bedroom cottage with a balcony overlooking its own private garden. All linen, towels, crockery, and continental breakfast are available. The perfect romantic getaway in tranquil surroundings. The relaxing beach theme provides the perfect backdrop for a little escape where you can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over rolling paddocks and fields of cows. You will find everything you need and if it's not there, we are just up the road. Collect your key from our house as you pass on your way to your Villa. You will have access to your own private garden as well as the shared BBQ area. Please talk to us if you need any advice for things to do...we love our part of the world and are happy to share it with you.

Experience an escape to the country with this 20-acre property that houses 4 separate, fully self-contained villas, each with its own balcony overlooking private farmland. With no neighbors, private entrance, BBQ, and camp fire facilities, this is an oasis among the trees and bird life. You can watch the sunset from your balcony overlooking the sheep and cows in the paddocks. All this, with town, shops and Australia's biggest river beach, Cactus Country and The big Strawberry are not far away. A great place to gather family and friends. You will have the place to yourself. You have the privacy of 4 little self-contained cottages, with large gardens and communal outdoor entertaining as well. There is a BBQ and picnic area with large well-established gardens available to roam. There is a shared laundry facility. Please let us know if you plan to hold an event at our property. Cobram is 4 km away with great food and shopping options. You will be amongst farmland, so please be aware that some of the fenced paddocks have electric fencing.
