Could I recommend this place? YES.
Can I truly put into words how good it is? Probably not… but I’ll try.
The family is so passionate about what they do. The care, love, and knowledge they have for their animals is incredible – especially seeing the kids so involved in running the place.
The spacing between the sites is great, and the areas are nice and flat too, which made setting up super easy.
As an avid photographer, I actually didn’t take many photos because I was so immersed in the experience and in their stories. Getting to handle the Highland cows was something I’ll never forget.
An easy 5 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An unforgettable weekend at Red Rock Farm!
Our stay at Red Rock Farm this past long weekend was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The highland cattle were even more beautiful in person, and the experience of patting and grooming the calves was a highlight for all of us — especially the girls, who were completely smitten! (Jayde was even more so — she couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the whole time! 🤣🐮)
We also loved exploring the property and spotting kangaroos, emus, and even koalas — such a treat! Our hosts were warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Their son Lachlan was amazing — so friendly, patient, and happy to answer all our questions about the cattle and the farm.
The evening roast around the campfire was a true highlight — delicious food, great company, and a sky full of stars. It was the perfect way to end each day.
We’re already looking forward to chatting with them about getting our own highlands next year. Thank you to everyone at Red Rock Farm for an experience we’ll never forget! ❤️🔥🐮

We had a lovely stay at the Red rock farm the owners Tanika and Ben and their kids were so inviting and took us around to see there farm we enjoyed the quite space we saw so much wild life, our kids never once said they were bored

My partner Louie and I loved staying at Red Rock Farm - it was a beautiful spot with plenty of firewood supplied. We loved exploring the property and being surrounded by so much wildlife and their gorgeous highland cows. We will definitely come back!

Red Rock Farm needs to be at the top of your list for your next get away. Tanika and Ben are the most wonderful hosts, they are genuine, down to earth, caring and are excited to share their farm with you. We were invited to join when feeding the highland cows and even getting up close to give them a brush, we also saw the resident koala and daddy emu with his chicks. We loved every minute of our stay. Our site was easy to find, easy to set up and had a fire pit and wood ready to go.
Extremely family friendly. Would recommend 1000% 🙂

Red Rock FARM Site 7
We had an amazing weekend away at Red Rock Farm, Tanika and Ben are fantastic hosts and were so welcoming. You can tell how proud they are of their farm. The camp sites are large so you are not camping on top of one another.
The Highland cows are a hit with the kids and they were even able to pat and brush one.
I would 100% recommend anybody to stay at this little slice of paradise.

We absolutely loved our serene location nestled in nature and thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. Tanika & Ben visited us daily to check on our well-being, and Ben went above and beyond by picking up my kids and feeding the friendly cows, which the kids absolutely adored. I highly recommend this peaceful camping spot for anyone seeking a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life, with beautiful surroundings and warm, welcoming hosts.

Staying at Tanika & Ben’s Red Rock Farm was just the quiet and relaxed environment we needed to wind down after a busy work, life schedule. The sites were large with fire wood supplied and Tanika welcomed us on arrival. The Highland cow tour with Lincoln was informative and enjoyable and we appreciated the time Lincoln spent teaching us about his very special cows.

Beautiful farm near the river. The campsites are big and set an away from the farm near a stand of trees. There are sunny and shaded sites all with fire pit and fantastic wood.
Tanika and Ben are so friendly and welcoming. We loved the chance to chat with them while brushing their Highland cows and the horses. One of the best parts of Hipcamps are meeting the people and hearing about their lives.
We will definitely be coming back to Red Rock Farm and would highly recommend it as the perfect place to stay along the Murray.

Ben and Tanika were extremely welcoming and were fantastic hosts. Our family had a lovely stay and will definitely be back in the future.
It's exactly what you want in a farm stay. We got to meet some animals and got to explore and there was an extra special Easter egg hunt!

What a family! What a farm! Ben, Tanika, Lincoln & Isla were all so welcoming, accommodating & friendly. The farm was so peaceful. Although there were other campers, there was so much room between sites, it was like you were there alone. The Highland cattle were beautiful & we were able to go with Ben into the paddock to feed them. But the highlight would have to be getting up close with the Highland calves. Lincoln is doing a great job training these babies for shows & handling and was so happy to share his knowledge with us. We can't wait to come back.

What a weekend at Red Rock Farm!
Stayed here for the Easter long weekend. Our hosts Tanika and Ben, along with their amazing kids were incredible. From buggy rides, farm tours, koala and kangaroo spotting, Easter egg hunts and trips to the river, nothing was a problem. They showed us the best of the local area for swimming and fishing etc.
We can not rate this place highly enough. It wasn't just a farm stay where you pull up in a paddock, it was one of the most interactive and enjoyable farm stays we have ever had.
Our site was incredible, so much room, level and spaced far enough from other campers you have your own privacy. Every site had a fire pit and wood supplied. Our kids 13 and 10 had the best time and were begging us to stay longer.
We can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Red Rock Farm, Tanika & Ben went above & beyond from the very beginning, communication was excellent. Camp sites were big & far enough away from the other sites to be peaceful!
Feeding The highlands & farm tours were a highlight, the Easter Egg hunt was an added extra & trip down to the river was 👌

Red Rock Farm SITE 1
We stayed with Tanika and Ben over the Australia Day weekend. We were after a quiet spot to chill before the school year started and that’s what we got.
Plenty of room, tucked in a nice spot over looking the farm alongside a section of native land lease with fire pit and wood, shade and close to the river.
We saw Koalas, kangaroos, emus and a heap of birdlife.
They shared their passion for the Highland cattle with us inviting us to feed and brush them, picking us up from camp in their buggy. Tanika even dropped off some eggs and vegies from the neighbors one morning!
As the property backs onto the Barmah State park it’s only a short drive to the river and we hung out at a beautiful beach both days knowing we had a quiet campsite to retreat to with no loud neighbors!
Extremely friendly family sharing their beautiful farm and local knowledge!
Thanks for having us and making the stay so memorable!

Absolutely loved our time camping here. Beautiful setting with plenty of shade whilst also being able to use solar. Ben and his son were excellent. Nothing was a hassle for them, they took the kids (6 & 7) in the ATV to feed and pat the Highland cows, brought firewood and moved a fire pit to be near our camp, whilst also offering advice on the best spots to enjoy the Murray. Red Rock Farm SITE 1
A beautiful property and extremely lovely family that call red Rock farm home.
The experiences that our family were exposed too was one that we will cherish forever. Getting up close with the highland cows was such a wonderful experience. The passion and knowledge they passed onto us was a fun and enjoyable experience.
We would highly recommend staying here. Ensure you are fully self sufficient and take swimming gear as the Murry river is just down the road

Lovely quite spot, with great cows for company!
Tanika and Ben were extremely hospitable letting us join them to feed and brush the cows!
The river was only a 10 min drive which was great to cool off in! The camp ground was perfect and clean.
