This is an absolute gem! The views are incredible and it was so lovely listening to the birds and other wildlife. Also some particularly friendly sheep appeared when we opened our crisps and prepared our food!
The toilet, sink and (cold) shower were also great plus the bonus of a full lounge seating area for if the weather is inclement.
Would highly recommend this camp.

Great views with a great little granny flat in the shed with cold shower - super refreshing on a hot afternoon after setting up camp. Nice secluded spot all by yourself.

If you're looking for seclusion and views, Panorama1 is perfect. We stayed for two nights and loved the bird song in the mornings and the feeling of having the entire property to ourselves. The mountain scenery is gorgeous, and because it's so private, the stargazing at night was absolutely spectacular. Keep an eye on the trees during the day—we were lucky enough to see a koala during our stay!
Regarding access, the site is easily reachable with a 2WD vehicle, but just be mindful that there is about 1-2km of gravel road leading up to the property. Overall, a great, unexpected surprise and a wonderful nature retreat.

Fabulous site. Great view and night sky. Clear instructions. Extra inclusions like power, power lead, toilet, cold shower, dining area with couches, small fridge, and laundry sink were welcomed. Will definitely be back!

Great to have such a quiet place to ourselves with lovely views. Also great to have access to power for our e-bikes a little lounge area to escape the heat and the flies that were around that day. A little expensive for just 2 of us but would be cheap for groups. Excellent instructions And easy to access.

We loved camping here! So peaceful and that view across the mountains right outside our van was beautiful. Lyndon was so helpful, provided us perfect firewood and the site was so easy to find and access. The toilet/bathroom were an added bonus as were the friendly sheep that our kids loved.
We’ll be back to enjoy this spot again for sure!

One of the most peaceful camps we’ve stayed at! Beautiful open space with incredible views across the hills — perfect spot to set up the van and switch off for a couple of days. Plenty of room for the dog to run around and just enjoy nature. The site was super easy to access, private, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The privacy of the property, and being able to let our dog off-leash was such a bonus. Having access to power and water while still feeling like we had the place to ourselves was fantastic. Our caravan is self contained, so we didn’t use the shed or bathroom facilities much, but I can see how valuable they’d be - especially in bad weather. Lyndon was extremely helpful and easy to contact, particularly when we accidentally went to the neighbouring property (same number, just with an “A” on the end!). Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly stay with access to amenities. We’ll likely be back!

Panorama 1 was ideal location as a base for Murray2Mountain Rail Trail- only 2k from start of Beechworth section. Beautiful view from flat campsite. Cool breezes on hot afternoons. Shed clean with toilet and water.
Fantastic to have the property to ourselves. Private and quiet.

Fantastic place to stay. This camp spot is perfect for anyone seeking peace, natural beauty and memorable sunrises and sunsets. Only a 15 minute drive to Miliwa cheese shop and Brown brothers (which was thoroughly enjoyed. .Highly recommended and can’t thank Lyndon enough for sharing this property….only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great little set up. Space available in the shed with big table, shower & toilet was handy. Going for a walk over the hill at sunset was our highlight. Great swimming spot nearby & Beechworth township is close by. Very calming spot. Boys loved exploring.

Loved camping at Lyndon's place. One of the best camping experience. Spectacular views and at a very convenient location to visit Beechworth, Everton, Albury, Wangaratta and even Bright. It was very easy to communicate with Lyndon. The shed had a toilet, shower and water supply along with a fridge and microwave which made camping with kids so convenient. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a private camping. Thank you Lyndon.
