The owner was super friendly and communicated well, and it was on a beautiful piece of land. Surrounded with alot of wildlife such as emus, kangaroo and koloas. Totally private, the facilities were clean and easy to get to. I camped with a my dog and bird.

Beautiful tree lined campground, plenty of animals around (koalas, possums and kangaroos) and great for tent camping. Bring your own toilet paper for the outhouse style toilet and plenty of drinking water. Kylie met us at the beginning of our stay and was so welcoming. Would stay again and recommend to others 😊

Hidden gem that’s very very quiet! Kylie was very kind and accommodating, recommend the firewood add on - you get a very large barrel of long last wood and a pit. Could have stayed longer, even better with no signal! THANKS!!

Beautiful spot to set up camp and unwind. We set up amongst the oak trees and ordered the firewood and drum which was delivered and set up for us which was amazing. We enjoyed the stars, fire and wine and the visit by the local koalas. Would recommend staying there.

Staying at Kylie and family's farm was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The location is peaceful and beautifully, surrounded by open fields and native animals.
Kylie is a fantastic host—super friendly, quick to respond, and clearly passionate about sharing her land with travelers. She’s created a space that’s both simple and magical, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy nature.
We loved waking up to the sunrise over the paddocks, the farm has a charm that’s hard to describe.
If you're looking for a quiet, rustic escape with genuine country hospitality, this is the place. Thank you, Kylie and family, for offering such a generous and memorable stay

Stayed for 2 nights in this peaceful haven. Kylie and her family are the nicest people you will ever meet and her communication was outstanding. We had our dog with us and the resident farm dogs Belle and Wal had a ball playing zoomies. Plenty of shady sites (we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves) and ample area to walk dogs. Emu's, kangaroos, koalas - all represented and the bird life is abundant. The flush toilet is a reasonable distance from the camping area but very welcome. A very, very quiet and peaceful place to chill and decompress. Thanks for sharing this space Kylie.

Kylie was lovely and very communicative. Awesome peaceful spot under the trees surrounded by koalas. Felt safe and comfortable with the nice clean toilet.

This isolated field among trees is a fantastic spot to stop. It has open areas to throw a frisbee, a dam to paddle and swim in. And fire pits are brought around with a generous portion of wood. A Fire extinguisher and a tub of water is also provided for safety. All this made possible through the amazing work of Kylie. Thanks heaps!

Great camp experience. Kylie (the host) is amazing. We loved your welcome and you ensured we were settled. The camp environment is clean. The most enjoyable part was the wild life - got to take a short walk and saw close up with many koala's. 🐨 Pet friendly 🐶

Loved tent camping at Oakview! Beautiful space and lots of wildlife. Got to see a koala upclose even! Kylie was really warm and welcoming, helped us set up a campfire as well and guided us through all the amenities and the space itself. Would come here again!!

Kylie was so friendly and accommodating! Her property is beautiful, with so much greenery and space for my dog to run around freely
The property is kept clean and you are at absolute peace when staying there.
The night sky lights up with the stars like you've never seen before, truly a beautiful sight to see.

Nice and peaceful spot to camp, the owners were lovely and gave us some recommendations of things to do in town. There’s a dam to swim in, can start a fire for $20 (materials provided), and we even saw koalas. Highly recommend Kylie’s land as a spot to camp.

This was a fantastic place. Lovely area to camp surrounded by bush land. We even heard and saw Koalas around the campground. There’s a lovely dam to swim in and the toilet is lovely and clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There was a total fire ban the first night we were there but the fire ban was lifted the second night and for $20 the hosts delivered a fire pit, wood and a fire extinguisher. The location is great , quiet and feels remote but is close to a lot of towns and activities.

Amazing communication, wonderful sites and a bonus to have a toilet facility! Would absolutely recommend to other travellers - be mindful of the kangaroos when driving but once you’re parked beautiful to have them bounding past

Incredible hosts! Happy to have a chat and bev, fill you in on all the wild life activity, then happy to leave you be! Firewood and drum set the scene for the perfect night star gazing. Truly felt safe in the middle of no where.
I absolutely loved my stay here, just an hour out of Mount Gambier and worth the trip. Dog friendly, and my boy Humphrey had an absolute ball.
Highlight for me was rocking up the day Kylie and Jack bought a buggy! No hesitation from me when I was offered a buzz through the forest. They love their motorsports! Thank you for sharing your incredible space! I'll be back!
