7-acre farm block on the outskirts of the beautiful Bright township. A 20-minute walk into town or a 5-minute drive. Quietly located opposite Morses Creek, with views up to the Mystic paragliding launch. Our property suits self-contained travellers only, as there are currently no amenities on the block. Public toilets are located approximately 600 m away at the Mystic Flight Park landing paddock on Morses Creek Road (about a 7-minute walk). You will need to BYO everything (and remove everything!). There’s plenty of room to spread out chairs, set up an awning, or simply enjoy the open space without feeling crowded. Surrounded by eucalypt forest and open pasture, the pad catches cool mountain breezes in summer and offers a peaceful outlook year-round. At dusk, the valley quietens, kangaroos often move through nearby, and the night sky opens up with excellent stargazing when conditions are clear. Access is straightforward via a gravel driveway, suitable for 2WD in dry conditions and easy for towing rigs. The site is unpowered and intentionally simple—bring what you need and enjoy the feeling of space, privacy, and calm. This is a great base for: Exploring Bright, Wandiligong, and the Ovens Valley Cycling the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail Hiking, swimming holes, and alpine adventures A quiet overnight stop or a slower, nature-based stay. Mystic View Camping Area

Great site 2km from the beautiful town of Bright. Very peaceful with some traffic noise from the road, mainly during business hours. Certainly not enough to worry about and this did not detract from the overall experience at all. We copped 40mm of rain one night but the site drained incredibly fast with virtually no trace that morning. Plenty of space to setup multiple rigs if group camping. Firewood was plentiful which saves buying or bringing your own. We will be back.

It was very difficult to find the site as address wasn’t given. The gate was hard to unlock. Nice views of mountain but close to a road and not much going on there
