Great site, very private with the sites quite spread out. Fire pits available, nice view of the Grampians. A nice quiet camp away from the hustle and bustle of Halls Gap.
Pomonal has very clean public toilet with hot shower facilities just 10mins down the road if needed.
The grass was a bit long when we went, so be careful of snakes. Also, the front gate is quite narrow and coming straight off the main road was a bit dangerous when towing, so keep that in mind.
Ross was very easy to communicate with, helpful with tips etc. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!
Absolutely loved this spot. Perfect location in between all hot spots, but beautifully tucked away to avoid the insane crowds at halls gap.
Land was well maintained and Ross was a great host. Highly recommend

A wonderful place to stay. Easy to find, centred 20 minutes between Ararat and Halls Gap.
Beautiful views and spaced out campgrounds. Ross was lovely. Checking in to see if we found the place ok and giving suggestions for the area.

I loved my stay at Miller’s landing. Close proximity to Hall’s Gap and easy to find with Ross’s instructions. I had the spot all to myself and had a beautiful sunset and sunrise. Lots of fire wood and fire pits provided. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Grampians

Ideally placed between Moyston and Pomonal
With easy access to the Grampians and all its wonderful treasures.
Nice flat camp site. Limited shade. No water or toilets so come prepared.
Host responsive and easy to communicate with.

However very tight access for 17ft caravan (not much space between gate and road) but doable.

Great spot! Heaps of room to set up away from anyone else, nice flat area and a good location to base yourself. Right near a creek so lots of birdsong and frogs at night. Slightly tricky entrance if towing, not a lot of room between the gate and the road, but that’s just nitpicking. Highly recommended.
We spent four nights at Miller’s Landing in our trusty old camper trailer on a last-minute June trip to the Grampians. We had the place completely to ourselves, which was a bonus—especially for our dog, who enjoyed roaming freely in the fenced area.
The location was really convenient: close enough to Hall’s Gap for day trips, and with easy access to supplies in Stawell or Ararat. Although the site is on a road, we hardly noticed any traffic noise at night.
All up, it was a solid base for exploring the area.
Great camping areas, spacious and well set out & comfortable. Easy access for caravans, rooftops and campers. Fire pits and wood available on site, Best part was the view early morning and evenings staring at the backdrop of the
Wineries and easy drive to up to the Grampians made this a great camping spot
We spent a family Easter at Millers landing, our site was perfect with beautiful mountain views. Whilst there were several other camps on the property, they were far enough away for it to still feel quite private. It is only a short drive to many of the local attractions also.
It is certainly value for money and we would definitely recommend.

I felt this a little closer to the road than I was expecting.
There were also more people at this location than I thought there would be.
It was good to be accessible to the Grampians, Stawell and other sites around.
We may have had a different experience if the friends we were expecting to come with us had done so.
We recognised that we could have stayed elsewhere cheaper if we had known it was only two of us. That is my problem, not the hosts.

A nice property with plenty of space for multiple groups to be there at once. The pin for the gate is about 500m away from the entry to the property but Ross was great and gave me a call the day before to explain directions and everything
Miller’s Landing was a beautiful spot to camp for the night. The sunset was gorgeous over the mountains and there was a family of sheep grazing the field. There were some lovely wineries nearby and a short drive to the Grampian National Park. I would definitely recommend staying there!
Great spot to stay if you are planning on visiting Halls Gap and wanting to do walks in the Grampians. Very peaceful overnight & lots of space for our kids to run around. Thanks for having us Ross.

We loved Millers Landing as a base of operations for a couple of days - it was central to everything while still feeling rural. Plenty of flat open space for our toddler to run wild, and beautiful views of the mountains. Ross was on the property while we were there and was very friendly without being intrusive.

Ross is an amazing host and easily contactable. We both are really glad that we stayed at Miller’s landing because it was very private and views were spectacular. You can hear vehicle sounds, but it didn’t bother us at all. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Overall we had a great stay, very private but was difficult to find,we arrived to the area at 9pm and couldn't find it or get in touch with Ross because his phone died. Besides that the site is big and clean .
