The historic property ‘Lisieux’ dates back to 1849. Once a drovers house where cattle from Melbourne were held for summer grazing. The beautifully restored house and gardens are surrounded by paddocks next to a native creek line that make for the perfect camping spots. Choose to camp next to one of the two lakes or in a more secluded spot in the old orchard paddock. Basic toilet and shower facilities available.

The Old Orchard Paddock
We had so much space and Nik was so accomodating. So peaceful and beautiful. Nik was a great host. Will definitely be back.

Lakeview Camping
The site was well signposted, very clean and well maintained site. Nik was very accomodating with our schedule and even started the fire for us. We felt very safe and comfortable

Lakeside camping
We had a fantastic stay at Nik’s place. The property was great and Nik’s extra touches such as the hot water bottles for the kids on the cold nights were much appreciated. We hope to be back soon!

The Old Orchard Paddock
We had such a perfect weekend camping on Nick’s beautiful property. Plenty of space to explore, clean amenities and Nick was such a welcoming and kind host. We loved sitting by the fire looking at the stars, all just a short drive from home

The campsite was really beautiful, clean and peaceful. There are two cute little ponds with all the ducks.🥹 And definitely need to mention their friendly chickens.
