We loved camping at Farmland camp, we were lucky enough to get the spot next to the creek and was so beautiful! We felt well looked after and Steven was close enough to ask any questions we had. The animals were beautiful and was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. The creek was beautiful and calm and perfect for a kayak, thanks for having us Steven!

This was our 2nd stay at Farmland camp and would definitely recommend. We are fully self contained campers but those that aren't there are toilets and shower on site.
Steven is a great host and very helpful. There is plenty of space to set up camp.

We recently stayed at this campsite and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Steven went completely out of his way to show us the best site on the property, and it did not disappoint. The spot had incredible views overlooking the creek and, despite us visiting during the busiest New Year’s Eve period, it still felt private and peaceful.
Steven was an absolute pleasure to deal with, communication was effortless, and his generosity and genuine care truly elevated our experience. His giving nature turned what would have been a great camping trip into one of the best trips we’ve ever had, and that’s not something I say lightly after having done the full lap of Australia.
Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. The location, the atmosphere, and the host all combined to create something really special. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone looking for an unforgettable camping experience, and I will definitely be back.
Side note: Steven’s dog was incredibly friendly and adorable, always happy to come by for some pats, which was a lovely bonus.

My friends and I had wonderful time here. Steve was very helpful, the property is beautiful and in a great location. There is lovely farm animals and a genuine great vibe among the area. A flushing toilet and shower make this spot a luxury and I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for the great time Steven. Cheers

We had such a great time !! So much space to choose where to camp, and there was dry wood and sticks everywhere to make a fire with the big metal drum we were given. Steven was so friendly and accommodating 😊 The animals were so cute and were wandering around, and there was some big open space we played frisbee. Woolworths was only 20 minutes away as well. Had the best time !!!

Great site but the level of bugs and the absolutely breathtaking volume created was something I’ve never experienced in all my time camping. Got dive bombed by cicadas 2 inches long and the toilet had one of the biggest red backs I’ve ever seen in my life taking residence on the door.

We loved camping at Steven’s Farmland campsite! He was a terrific host who supplied us with firewood and a pot/pan as we forgot to bring one. Very friendly and a very cute dog ! The land was huge with clean toilet and shower with heaps of places to set up camp and have a fire. Would definitely come again!

We really enjoyed our recent camping trip at Steven's property - he showed us a beautiful spot overloading a creek and went out of his away to accomodate us with firewood etc. There were lots of animals to see - llamas, sheep, horses, rabbits, which the kids loved. It was great to be able to get to Halls Gap so easily and then have a nice quiet place to retreat to. Highly recommend!

If you want to be a short drive from the Grampians but want more quiet and space then camping in Halls gap, this place is great. We are completely self sufficient so we were able to park a long way from any other campers. Kids were able to explore the land, throw some yabbie nets in the damn with success and ride their bikes. Ample free fire wood. Basic flushable toilet and hot shower available. Steven was a very friendly host and quick to respond to messages.

Steven’s property was really beautiful and just the right amount of size so we didn’t feel overwhelmed. There was a flushable toilet, a little shower available 1 night and really nice to light a fire. Steven came and said hi and checked in - it was a really peaceful spot.

What a beautiful site to camp on. Quiet and peaceful with a bush land setting. Firewood provided for our camp which was greatly appreciated. Our host Steven was easy going and very accommodating as we decided to stay an extra night. Our pets were welcomed and we had a fantastic time.

Wow, keep this a secret please!!!
We just loved it here.
Steven was super organised with info on how to find our camp site & what would be available to use.
There are flushing toilets to use and firewood supplied for camp fires.
The camp is just lovely, situated just on the banks of a creek, and the property is great to walk around & explore.
The dogs were free to roam and had such fun sniffing and running, which they don't often do being city dogs.
You can visit the Grampians, Great Western Winery amongst others.
But if you just want to chill, unwind and kick back, then this is the perfect place.
Thank you for sharing your amazing piece of paradise with us, I can't wait to come back.

Great stay at Farmland. Towing 19ft caravan and easy to get in and out. Plenty of room on the property. Upon arrival we were greeted by Steven's dog who was super friendly.

Beautiful animals and got treated by a horse and a lovely doggo.
Stevens a great host. Our car actually got bogged, and he came to help us out at 11pm!!

We loved this place , we had a little jayco and there were so many places to chose to stay.
We picked a spot by the creek that was perfect and was visited daily by sheep birds and our favourite Steve dog who became our dogs bestie .
Would recommend and we will visit again .

Farmland Camp
The Farmland Camp was amazing! Lots of spots along the creek, amazing views of the mountains and perfect distance from Horsham and Halls Gap for hikes or anything else.
Steven was super helpful and quick with his replies when needed. His dog, sheep and horses are all super friendly and the sheep come past each morning to say hi.
Would definitely recommend this for anyone and will definitely come back for our next trip to the Grampians!
