Pitch a tent by the gently flowing river- keep an eye out for curious platypus gliding through the ripples and wild trout darting below-or roll in with your RV, plug in, and take things entirely at your own pace. As twilight sets in, gather around a cracking campfire with a crisp glass of local vino while the sun sets on the mountains.
