Take the 10km dirt road drive by turning off the Mallee highway onto Nickolls Rd then right onto Border Rd. This road will lead you to our property's driveway. Bulloakwell (Wade & Danielle Nickolls) sign at the start. Long drive way lined with Gum Trees. Follow the driveway up and vier left through the yard and amongst the sheds you will find Peppertree Cottage. This one-bedroom self-contained bed and breakfast nestled in amongst the garden and farmyard will tickle your senses. Our renovated shearers quarters with country rustic charm will provide the space you need to unwind, explore and enjoy your surrounds.
